I had such a great experience at Buc-ee’s car wash thanks to Jay! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the wash and that everything looked perfect before we left. It’s rare to meet someone who’s not only attentive but genuinely happy and enthusiastic about helping customers. Jay’s positive attitude and care really made our visit stand out. Huge thanks to him for the awesome service as he’s a great example of what customer care should be!

This place is so clean and convenient it is smaller is not too crowded like all the rest of the big ones I come here just by every other day and the people in there are so nice

Such an awesome convenience store that really take care of their employees. I mean they compensate them at top rate, full vacation, medical insurance, retirement, etc. Learned all that while pumping gas and see it when you go in with the awesome attitude. This location obviously has a awesome manager. Highly recommend

Not being managed correctly. Can't call, conmect or discuss any issues. There was a long line of women waiting to use the 3 stall restroom. Only 2 were available as a lady was in the 3rd one cleaning. Taking her sweet time in the middle of lunch hour cleaning as slow as possible totally ignoring the growing line. 🙄

This might as well be a 711. Please advertise that your version of buccees is about 400 square feet with no Jerky and nothing to buy.

Whatever you do….dont buy the sausage and cheese platter they sell in the section by the fruits and snack packs. Those sausages made the last 2 hours of my drive intensely painful the sausage is low grade and I had stomach pains the WHOLE WAY HOME. Skip it.
