Have to agreed with some of the previous reviews here and hope Burberry Corporate & management will read this and make correction on how Luxury Brand should treat its clients.Please get rid of that “Covid-19’s cheap Velcro-post outside your door. Businesses need customers more than ever now and definitely they not short of staffs anymore. However, if You afraid of thefts (we get it!! )but please get a security officer instead. Let the hostess do what they great at because they sure ruined this whole shopping vibes. Your clients don’t need tortures & harassment & they don’t need discounts infos while their brains being torched under 100*’s Texas heats. What your clients do need is to be welcomed into your store to shop with gladness and smiles. Your way of making customers suffering at the door before coming inside is just wasn’t necessary and down right kill business.We hope next time at least someone open the door or offering us a bottle of water instead of cheap traffic Velcro wrapped around your entrance door. It is mind blowing when your luxury store is the only one does that in this whole mall?♂️. Please treat your clients better and then you can tell them how much they’’ll save.Unless this change Or the line can temporarily moving inside AC. You won’t see more clients. We love your brand but this is by far worse luxury brand store experience we’d been to.

My husband and I had to wait in the line for couple minutes before they let us in. We got greeting and helped right away. Always love the Burberry.

Today I came to Burberry store (Houston Premium outlets )from Dallas.Brian received me warmly, he helped me solve many problems and bought clothes that I like and fit. He is so nice. Thank Brian for your kind service !

Absolutely terrible service. It was just my husband and I waiting outside, five people left the store and we were still waiting 10 minutes. I walked in and Fernada ran to tell me I could not come in. I asked why not when several people have left and we are still waiting in the heat, she said because they’re busy. There were maybe four people in the entire store and the same amount of associates. So how can you be busy? She wasn’t busy enough to treat would’ve been customers with such disrespect and nastiness. I will never step foot in this store again and will encourage everyone I know not too.

I would like to start off saying their sales representatives are very personal and kind. Unfortunately I am leaving this comment because I order a shirt online and came to this location to return it just to be told they do not do online purchase returns at this location. So customers save your self the long drive and do your online purchase returns to the Galleria location.

They make us wait out in the heat, wasting time because "we work one on one with customers". Never mind that the place is nearly empty, the idiocy left over from covid shutdowns (which did NOTHING good) reigns supreme. I'd have left if I hadn't spent almost an hour waiting to get in. This place is a disappointment. Burberry (as a brand) should be ashamed of themselves. I never dealt with this incompetence or stupidity in Dubai, Madrid, Beirut or Sao Paulo.

6 people outside including me. 3 people came outside 30 minutes in the heat hasn't let nobody in yet. Called in the store was told not based on number of customers but the number of customers they can handle. Well they need more efficient staff. Versace has not limit with a staff of 3 and you in and out in 30 minutes

The customer service at this store is really bad. I needed an item in a different size which was available at another store. The associate refused to call the other store to hold it for me. I then spoke to the manager of the store asking if she could help me. She also refused stating that neither the associates nor she would call another store. I pointed out to her that 3 of the associates in the store were just standing around doing nothing because the store was not even busy. She still refused to call / help. Very sad to see a brand name like Burberry provide such poor customer service.

A buddy and I stopped by to browse and potential buy some pieces. The store was going under technical difficulties and had a power shortage and the lights went of. One of the store associates asked me and my buddy to stand at the front of the store. We were the only customers who were asked to stand at the front of the store. Also, asking the only African American males in the store to stand in the front during a outage is a very bad look, Burberry I am very disappointed with that level of service.

Every time I come inside Burberry at the Outlets, I am greeted and assisted right away. Josue helped me on this visit. I had my eye on the quilted jacket since my grandmother that recently passed had this signature jacket. Also about 7 of my family members has this jacket as well. Josue was knowledgeable and helped me try on the jacket in different sizes. He was not a pushy salesperson which I am grateful for. And he was patient with me. He got me a brand new jacket from the back and finished the sale. I walked away happy with my purchase and will recommend this store to more of my family and friends.
