What started out as some fairly routine body work has turned into a nightmare. A perfectly drivable SUV now needs to be towed to a reputable mechanic shop to repair catastrophic damages that occurred while at this location and the original issues still haven’t been fixed. 0 stars.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision after a tree fell on my car and caused major damage. They did a full body repair, and my car looks brand new again! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and kept me updated through the entire process. I really appreciated the constant communication—it gave me peace of mind knowing exactly where things stood. To top it off, they finished my car three weeks earlier than the original estimated completion date! I couldn’t be happier with the results or the service. Highly recommend this Caliber to anyone needing quality repairs and great customer care.
