Veronica was highly dismissive from the moment we interacted. She said “Hi” and from that point on it’s was highly dismissive behavior. Ending in me asking for a quote out of pocket to repair my vehicle, she brings me the quote, says “have a good day” and then on to the next customer. At that point I asked her name because I could not believe it. I couldn’t believe someone would lead me out the door, not ask me what vehicle is mine as she proceeds in a general direction, then with each question it’ll be about 4k….can I please have a write up. I don’t even write reviews which is what makes this situation so crazy to me!

They were amazing throughout the extended ordeal of repairing my vehicle following an accident. Courtney F. was an absolute angel and worked tirelessly with the other drivers insurance and ensured my vehicle was repaired safely and as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend. Thank yall so much.

I had my car towed to Caliber Collision after an accident where I ran into a ditch full of water. It was such a scary time for me.
When I arrived close to closing, Veronica greeted me with so much kindness and compassion. She patiently explained every step of what would happen with my car and took the time to comfort me. Her words truly lifted my spirits when I needed it most.
Although my car ended up being totaled, Veronica continued to go above and beyond. When I asked if she knew anyone selling a cash car, she didn’t hesitate to offer advice and recommended I check out Enterprise Car Sales and I actually found a reliable car there at a very reasonable price!
Veronica’s professionalism, empathy, and genuine care made all the difference. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, having someone treat me with patience and respect meant so much. Caliber Collision is lucky to have her. She turned a stressful situation into a positive experience I’ll never forget.
