I started using this bank when I moved to the area in 2021.This location has always looked barren and half closed. No decorEmpty offices/desksNothing on the wallsI found out recently they are about to close this location. It’s the only location in Cypress- another location also closed a few years. It seems this is an indication of what’s to come.I believe this is the early stages of the entire bank closing down. This is how it begins.I will be shopping around for another place to bank.

Came on 1-16-24 & only 1 teller. Left & went across the freeway to BofA, handled banking there, came back & in 20 minutes, only 3 customers have been completely helped & still 4 people in front of me.

Just like most businesses..not enough humans. I called before I arrived because I had serious questions about my money/account. While the teller was very friendly she couldn't help me. There were only 3 tellers. The lines got longer and I could see the panic looks. Folks need time with their banker not fast food delivery. Put some people to work. The tellers there were fine just needed more bankers. Note to upper management.

I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to find a branch to get this deposit paper I needed for work. Bill was very nice as he explained how I can do this transaction online, from home. I guess Capital doesn’t help customers anymore?

This morning as soon as they opened, 2nd person I walked up to the teller to pull some money out. The teller asks me if I have a debit card, which I replied yes. He then said you know our atm dispenses change up to $2,000.then I replied ok but I need a lot of change he laughed & said again it dispenses change what me to show you? At that moment clearly he didn’t want to help me l, guess it was to much work for him to do. I said just forget it, and guess what went to the atm & it could not give what I needed!! The worst customer experience ever!!!!

This location is horrible!I've been there today morning, three open tellers but they were 4 employees grouped on one of the tellers trying to fix something in the station, i was stading alone almost 10min and no pos of them at least excused me to be with me in a minute!!What kind of service is this, does cap1 administration educates its staff on how to handle customers! I doubt! So disappointed and frustrated ???..

The certificate of trust only can be fax or Mail so I went to this branch to ask if they can help me to fax the paperwork to Capital one central office. They told me go to Office Depot to use their fax machine because the fax machine doesn’t work.A bank doesn’t not have a fax machine to help their customers to fax the confidential information?

Is it fair to ask the question about why after several recent years of horrible reviews this branch of Capital One has not found its way to improve customer perception? Tellers come and go but the service remains the same which points to senior management. Last Saturday there was 1 drive through lane open to customers. It is not uncommon to walk in and find one teller window open. A few weeks ago three people were in training but not yet getting any practical hands on experience. For the most part the trainees and trainer ignored the slow moving line of customers. Only one inside teller window was open with five people behind the plexiglass. When the Capital One marketing pitch asks what is in your wallet, I believe the most common answer might be another banks debit/atm card.
