I had a gift card that I wanted to use and it was one of the first things I mentioned to the cashier. She had me open up a credit card so that I can get a “discount”
Credit card Process went through only to tell me that I couldn’t apply the gift card. I was tricked!

Extremely rude manager .. we selected our clothes but they weren't able to check us out due to a power cut . They said they'll put the clothes on hold and call us .. 5 days and no call and we called and went back only to realize the prices have all gone up .. when asked why cannot honor the price since it wasn't our fault thay they couldnt bill us the day we were here , the manager just says she doesn't care , she lied about calling us and she asked us to take it or leave it . Worst customer service ever . Shame on you carters

Really cute outfits for the holidays and I love how it's not very expensive but good quality stuff. They had a bigger boy section this time, which was a bummer for me. I needed more girl items. But of course I will continue coming here

The sales were really basic and some of the clothing selections are smaller than the size indicated. You may have to go up a size to save the trouble of coming back to exchange
