I went to the branch 10 times before I give this review, every single time I had horrible experience. I scheduled appointments the banker take 2 extra hours then the guy come to me and told me I'm next. Every time I go deposit take 10 min with only customer in the branch.

I chose this location because it had better G oogle reviews than the one closer to me. While everyone that greets you will be very helpful they also do so with a strong encouragement to use the app and online tools available to you. I am okay with that, and it is why I was here (i locked myself out of the app and didn't have my acct number anywhere). Eli helped me and was very professional and friendly and efficient. I have been sitting here long enough to see a few other clients be serviced and they received the same high level of service I did. I am new to Chase for myself but based on my experience here today, look forward to a strong client relationship.

I must have gone on a good day. It was Friday afternoon, maybe 3pm. I walked in and was the only customer. As soon as I walked in someone was sitting at a table there to greet you and I suppose answer quick questions and help guide your experience. The teller was a gentleman who made conversation with me. Got what I needed to get done and was out in less than 5 minutes. After thinking I lost my ID and may have left it there I called and the lady (who was probably the same one I saw sitting in the front the day before) and asked if my ID was there. She politely let me know all the tellers were busy and wrote down my number so they could call back in an hour. I was dog sitting so luckily it wasn't an inconvenience. I don't know what her roles are in the position she has does, but in my opinion she could have been able to go back and check for herself. I wasn't timing them, but she actually did call back in the hour she told me she would call back in. Unfortunately they didn't have it but I found it after Tbh I'll probably never come back but only because it's not my area.

This branch has the worst customer service. I waited in a 15 minute line because they dont have enough tellers to support the demand. When I got to the teller, she told me she didnt do wire transfers and I had to see a banker. I asked if there was a sign in sheet and she said no. I ask a man in an office if he could jelp and he said I had to sign in...I thought there was no sign in sheet! When I did get to the banker she was nice but I had to wait. This branch needs to get better service

I'm the only one in line in the outside drive thru. Long wait before I clicked the button. Long time to process 2 $100 checks. Lady puts my cash in a different tube and walks off. I clicked the button again to advise wtf, where is my momey. Terrible.

I made a big mistake yesterday and it cost me. I called first thing this morning and was greeted by a very nice gentleman; Johnny, who did more than I expected from any bank. As you can see by the stars, I am extremely with Chase Bank.

The teller at the counter needs some training. Don't know her name but wanted to tell her you would be the main reason why I don't want to bank with chase. She is the reason why machines do better.

To make a deposit in the branch one must wait 10 plus minutes as there is usually only one teller but plenty of bankers at their desk. The receptionist is always in a good mood and friendly. I don't bank here but have to make deposits

Went after hours to deposit a check. There was no line at any of the ATMs... So that's a plus ;)
