The piercing lady was very rude!!! Acted like she ain’t want to do her job. We were trying to get my daughters ear pierced for her birthday and she acted like she could not help and called me out my name!

I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced today from an assistant named Emile. From the beginning, her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. She spoke in a condescending tone, When I asked questions or needed clarification, she responded with impatience and even rolled her eyes at one point. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. I expected a basic level of respect and assistance, but instead left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training on professionalism and customer service.

Extremely rude employees. They merchandise under the wrong promotions, the employees and the manager gave different answers on what the actual promotions were. On one necklace, we got 3 different answers between two employees. Complete waste of customers time. I informed one of the employees that I was given different prices (3 at this point) on the same item, and she said I was trying to tell her what the store prices were. 🫠 🫠🫠. Terribly unprofessional and rude

The manager, Margaret, was really sweet & helpful. I think the store charges way too much for what they sell but they do have a nice employees.

The only reason why I gave the store a three and not a five was because a communication failure. Their system was down and couldn’t process my daughter’s rewards. Rather than wait in the store, I told one of the associates that I would be back in an hour to purchase and she told me they would hold until the end of the day. We came back a little after an hour (around 4:30pm) and she put all of our stuff back. It took us a while to find all of our items, so I was irritated. Other than that, clean and organized store and despite the incident, the associates were very friendly.
