I’ve had an awesome experience living at Cortland North Haven. The management team is super friendly and always on top of things—any time I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick to help and really easy to work with. The property is also incredibly clean and well taken care of. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping everything looking great.
Overall, it’s a great place to call home. Highly recommend!

Service takes a long time to respond. We had a leak in our apartment for over two months and still haven’t been fixed. They will come and patch it then issue comes back. The gate is always broken and the people that live here are bunch of lazy people. They leave trash outside the container instead of in it. The gym is always gross and doesn’t look like it’s being cleaned. This place doesn’t deserve a 4.7 stars, max 3.5.

I’ve been living here for a few weeks now, and my experience has been excellent. Marriah made the application process fast and stress-free, and the office staff, especially Brookelyn, has been professional and responsive. Maintenance—special thanks to Israel—has also been quick and efficient. I’m truly happy I chose to make this my home.

I can not express enough how thankful I am for Brookelyn the leasing manager! This was my first time renting an apartment and my aunt was with me and we had a lot of questions and brookelyn was there to help us with everything! Her kindness and professionalism is what made us choose North Haven! Go see her!!

Brookelyn is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us settle into our cozy and beautiful apartment at Cortland North Haven. After our newborn was born, she visited us at the hospital and brought flowers and a card to welcome us to our new home — a gesture we’ll never forget. I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. They truly go the extra mile to ensure residents are taken care of and completely satisfied. We’re loving the property, the amenities, and the wonderful community of people who live here.

Brooke was amazing. I’ve been looking for apartments in the area and overall this one was beautiful. It was a little on the more expensive side than what I was looking for, but the experience was amazing. The leasing consultant answered all my questions and gave me a tour and even offered me some great specials. I will definitely rent here if it was in my price range. If you’re in the area you should check out these apartments.
