★☆☆☆☆ Misleading Discounts and Pointless Military Offer
I’m really disappointed with Crocs and their shady discount practices. They advertise 25% off your cart, but once you actually try to use the code, they’ve excluded all the new and popular designs — which, let’s be honest, is what most people are here to buy. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic just to get people on the site.
To make things worse, the military discount they offer is basically useless. It barely covers the tax, so in the end, you’re paying full price anyway. I find it insulting to even call that a “discount.” Crocs, if you’re going to offer a discount, make it meaningful — don’t just slap one on for PR points.
Overall, really frustrated with how misleading the whole checkout process is.

1 LITTLE bench in the ENTIRE store to sit and try on shoes. To make matters worse, the one bench is hidden in the back. You can't even hardly walk through the place because there's so much crap everywhere. Don't go here if you need a place to sit and rest, while trying on shoes. I've never been to a shoe store like this.

Senior citizen here. As you know, we are slower and require a little more help than the younger generation. This store employees young people. I would like you to know that every employee that we spoke with was pleasant, helpful and courteous to us. They helped us find what we were looking for and we never felt rushed or out of place. Thank you to the young staff that was working here at 10am on 6/7/25.

They had a wonderful service and the cross quality is huh, I don't like the clip that holds the strap is too weak and low quality, and the money you spend it to get a low quality for them, is too think about it. Beside this everything is fine. It's up to you to decide.

Shai (employee) holding fort at the door on 4/13/25 at 6:44pm not letting anyone in stating her manager “Amanda” is not letting anyone in since they are closing soon. I’m sure Crocs wouldn’t allow this kind of behavior losing business during operating hours.

Spend your money elsewhere. The people who work here don’t want to communicate with customers and provide a very unpleasant experience. Spent a lot of time trying to find the shoe I wanted without any help. When I finally bought the shoes I got home to realize they were a bit too big for my liking. I tried to exchange them the next day where I was rudely informed that they were last act without being made aware at the time of purchase.

This is literally the worst shopping experience I've ever had with a company. I purchased my first pair of Crocs as a Christmas gift for a friend. First of all they were $44.99 online and I did an in-store pickup. NOWHERE did it state the price online would not be the price in-store at pick-up. I have photos to prove that I was given the $44.99 price in my confirmation email. I get to the store and the shoes are regular price and they would not honor the sale price because they said it was online only. But not one person could show me anywhere that said that. The staff was unhelpful even when I presented them with my online confirmation. I paid for the shoes anyway because it was 2 days before Christmas and I needed the gift. I contacted customer service by phone and email which is a mess in and of itself. I've been in touch with 3 different departments and none of them claim to be the one in any position to help me. Christmas comes and the shoes are a size too small for my friend. I try to return them , with receipt, but am denied because a man, who I'm assuming is a manger, said they had been worn. The shoes are light pink and made of foam! They are going to show wear even after trying them on in-store. They were not and have not been worn. Now I'm stuck with ugly, unworn shoes that I over paid for in the first place. I will never shop here again and will direct any and all others away from this place as well.
