The coaches at BridgeLakes CF kindly take the time to demonstrate the proper techniques for the exercises.Despite my lack of experience in CF, I was hesitant to join, but the welcoming coaches have eased my fears by providing attentive guidance.

I joined about six weeks ago and I really enjoy it. Total community atmosphere with proper instruction and support. A great place to work out for sure.

Was at LifeTime about a year and a half doing the alpha classes and getting bored with it. Did a week trial at the end of November and started at the beginning of December with the unlimited membership and absolutely love it. Best decision.
