The cookies were moist and delicious, although almost too sweet for me. The packaging is very cute, but the service needs some help. I ordered via their app and arrived about 20 mins later than the time that the app gave for the order being ready. After entering the store, I stood for a while without a greeting. The place is small so the presence of a customer can’t be missed. There was a young lady at the counter doing something and 4 other ladies were near the baking area engaged in conversation. When the lady at the counter finally acknowledged my presence, I mentioned that I had been waiting for a while. She did not respond nor did she offer an apology. Another customer arrived and he was immediately greeted and given his order while mine had not even been started. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.

Crumbl makes the best cookies, theres no competition. The weekly rotation is nice because you regularly get to try something new. I enjoy being able to order and paying on the touch screen, its quick and easy. The cookies are almost immediately ready, and Im out the door.
