Experience was great ,had an issue and Rosa was on it. I was expecting the typical run around but no , Rosa waa calm cool collected and understanding and i canr thank her enough . To her it was a small thing but to me it was huge and i will definitely be back to this very location if ever needing a storage facility again.
Nice to see a amilng face and a good honest and compassionate person 😀

Rosa is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went out of her way to answer all my questions and make sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure. Having Rosa there made it even better. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering storage at this location!

I had a great experience at Public Storage! Rosa was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Rosa!

The manager Mrs. Rosa has been so amazing these couple of years I only said I would rent for a few months and I’ve been here several years now. She’s always so cheerful, supportive, very friendly and caring. She has a welcoming smile and always wavies to all her customers. The property is very clean and she remembers all her customers by name which is amazing. If anyone deserves to be praised it’s definitely Mrs.Rosa. I really hope her upper management knows they have a rock star working for them! If I could give her more stars I definitely would. Highly recommend everyone to post about Mrs. Rosa!!

When I called to get pricing Rosa is the one that answered and helped me with all my questions and concerns. She has been so helpful to us. She is pleasant and easy to talk to and makes sure you understand what she is explaining. Would definitely recommend Public storage just ask for Rosa!
