I just wanted to leave feedback for a very disappointing experience at this location. I left the store about 10 minutes ago feeling extremely frustrated with the way I was treated.
I recently had knee surgery, so walking long distances isn’t an option for me, even though I live nearby. Since the weather was nice, I decided to ride my electric scooter to the store and walk it beside me while I quickly grabbed one item, laundry detergent. While I was in the aisle, an employee interrupted me and told me to park my scooter by the front door. I politely declined, explaining that I wasn’t riding it inside and that I wasn’t about to leave a $1,000 scooter unattended by the entrance of a high-traffic store. There were no signs posted anywhere saying scooters weren’t allowed inside, or I would’ve made other arrangements.
Despite my explanation, another employee approached me at checkout to tell me the same thing.. again, while I was already paying and preparing to leave. I wasn’t being disruptive, careless, or disrespectful. I simply had my scooter beside me for security and mobility reasons. I am a grown woman, not a teenager.
Everyone knows this location is already overpriced, but many of us shop here because it’s close and convenient. If scooters or similar mobility devices are not allowed inside, then that should be clearly posted at the entrance. Otherwise, customers shouldn’t be harassed or treated disrespectfully for something that isn’t stated anywhere.
I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to approach customers with basic courtesy and common sense. This is how you lose your returning customers to Walgreens.

Fraudulent transactions are being done at this location and others. My venmo card has unauthorized charge of $45 and also several charges in Sugarland. I l live Chicago.

Line at the pharmacy always backed up to high hell. Understaffed, and the pharmacy doesn't even accept phone calls anymore. Ridiculous

Never had an issue. Using the app to make sure meds are ready along with the easy pay feature are convenient. Prevents unwanted waits. Staff is friendly and prompt.

Excessively rude immediately when my sister stepped up to the counter. My sister doesn’t speak English and had me on the speaker to help and when I tried to explain what my sister was asking, the lady immediately responded very rude for no reason and threw my sister’s phone on the counter back to her. I told my sister to just cancel and leave. It’s unacceptable!

This is my go-to CVS location and it never disappoints. The store's cleanliness is impressive, and the employees are always warm and welcoming. Their level of professionalism is top-notch, making each visit truly exceptional.

The pharmacy no longer accepts phone calls. You have to leave a voicemail and be called back within an hour. When there is an urgent need can be dangerous for patients. Most people hate making phone calls so rest assured if I dial a number it’s because I need to speak with someone. CVS should seriously reconsider this policy. Businesses nowadays want to provide less service and value but extract more and more profit.
