This store opens at 2pm on fry and 529. This is ridiculous. They done even ask if u have ins just wanna charged the frist fee they see. Smh! Thy look like tht not happy to work here including the pharmacist lady whom look irritated when asked questions. If you don't wanna work stay hm. And if you need the money find you something you like doing. Y'all need to do an undercover boss get to the bottom of this lack luster customer service.

I went to that location to pick up my blood pressure medicine and was instructed by the pharmacist to wait a few minutes, I told the pharmacist that ill be back next day. As promised i went back to get the medicine and was attended by a very very rude pharmacy tech by the name of Maria . She walked away from me and when I told her the pharmacist said he was filling the prescription and now it’s not available. This girl proceeded to tell me what do I need her to do and walked away from me. One of her colleagues noticed the disrespect and said to her that the customer is talking to you she answered to her colleague to ignore me. Now I’m non white non Hispanic so should I take it as racist behavior or she lacks respect, empathy and common sense. I’ve been going to that pharmacy for 14 years now and this treatment was despicable. If that’s the type of attitude she has towards customers then it’s very bad for business. Our insurance pays , plus I pay out of pocket to have such a person be so disrespectful to clients . Do better CVS with some of your staff. Be careful who you hire.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They are always out of what I need. Horrible customer service. The app says my prescription is filled then I get there and...no it's not filled and I have wait or come back. Awful! I never had these issues with Walgreens but unfortunately my plan has useless CVS. Can't wait to change providers.

no way yall are so busy that i have to be on hold for 20+ minutes to talk to a real person.*edit: after driving there and telling them i didn't need my other medications and was picking up only one they told me it was expired, which turns out i have to contact my provider for, yet they still told me to come back in an hour to get it. didn't trust it—waited then called instead of driving—got told to wait again but to come in 45 minutes. then came after at least an hour and was given the medication i specifically said i was not picking up. had me wait all day until it was too late for my providers to even reach back to me and fill my medication. shout out to andrea who did my refund i would give her 5 stars because she was nice even though i was obviously irritated and 1 star for everyone else's communication.

Apparently you have to give them at least 1 star. This is absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. I spoke to them multiple times confirming that a Prescription would be ready for pick up on a Sunday. Even confirmed with the the Day before that it was in stock and that there were no issues. Only to go there Sunday and told it could not be filled and treated very rudely. My Insurance Company pushes us to them, but I will be going somewhere else and paying the difference. They have more employees than most pharmacies that I have been and they still cannot get a thing right. They do not deserve even one star. No wonder they are closing stores everywhere. Cut the cord and close them all. At least the suffering will be over.

Agree with most of the reviews on this page. If I had the option, I would give it zero stars. I called regarding the status of filing a prescription. I was told that it was two minutes till her lunch break and she would call me back. She did call me back, but then lied about product availability. I was told that none of the CVS stores within a 20-mile radius had the item I was looking for in stock. Funny enough, I had a hunch that she was lying and called the cvs five minutes away and guess what… they had exactly what I needed! I proceeded to talk to the supervisor and instead of accepting the compliant and teaching his staff, he was completely negligent to make the pharmacy a better place! Very sad! DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

drove there this morning hungover for headache meds because the internet says they're open. I get there and there's 2 ppl waiting outside when it says open online. had to go somewhere else.

I really prefer Walgreens. But my insurance company uses CVS. They just don't have a good atmosphere . Takes too long in the drive thru

Really hate seeing all of the negative reviews for CVS, and hoping none are for the CVS at Fry Road and FM 529. I've been going there for years, and LOVE the pharmacy staff. They sometimes have a line, but it goes quickly, and staff moves up to help when they see anyone waiting. I'm many times greeted by name, and have seen them do that with other people. Mr. Gus is always ready with a smile that reaches his eyes, and even takes a turn at the register checking people out when the need arises. All of the pharmacists and techs are quick to answer questions with friendly attitudes. I can't say enough good things about this store, and the front staff is just as friendly and helpful. I thought there would be a hiccup in service when the CVS at the corner of Barker and 529 shut down, but they handled the extra influx of customers well.

The pharmacy closes close at 8pm I wish they would update their times on here. I placed as suggestion but seems like they don’t advertise the times at that location.

I placed an order through the Photo Prints Now App and it shows me -"Thank you for printing your photos with Photo Prints Now.Your order details are below, we'll send you an email once your order has started printing."- But it happens that I waited a prudent time and I did not receive any notification, I decided to go to the store and when I asked an associate, she told me that they did not print anything until the client was there, I explained to her that the concept of the App says something totally different, but the reality is that the client has to be there and wait for an associate to print the photos and waste a bit of time, and I handle it this way because CVS is very short staffed. Pharmacy guys the may close some minutes before lunch time. Recommendation, go in person to print your photos, because if you do it through the App, the associate will not print your photos if you are not there and therefore, you will never receive notification that the photos are ready for you to pick them up as indicated by the App!

Never bring your UPS packages to this CVS location. They lost my package or possibly stole it. UPS has no record of my package leaving this store. I've filed multiple complaints, and not one person from CVS has reached out to me.
