If I could give negative stars I would!!!!! I feel like everytime I try to get pictures their machine is broken or my pictures are never printed. I printed pictures for Mother’s Day and their machine was broken and no one sent out any announcements regarding it! Now I have nothing for my cards!! Smh and they charged my card!!! -100 stars!

Great Customer Service 💯 Friendly Faces and Staff and this is my go-to CVS for my every need, then some! Fast times and speedy help at the Pharmacy located here at this CVS. Right here in my part of the neighborhood. Not too much traffic really just a in&out situation. Very Clean Store... Very Neat! Thanks CVS For All That You Do!

CVS on Barker Cypress and West in Cypress is my favorite pharmacy that I have dealt with in my adult life. They have always provided me with the best service, the pharmacists and techs take the time to address each customer like you are their only customer.

CVS has a deceiving clause in the Easter candy sale which significantly limits the variety of candy items allowed to purchase. The sign showed buy one at regular price and get one 50% off however, this didn’t specify of the same item. Once I got to the register the cashier informed me that it had to be of the same item and refused to override it. This restriction has raised a few questions for me and, I believe, for many other consumers who value both choice and flexibility when shopping with your company. Moving forward I will spend less money at CVS because of this deceptive clause, except for specific items that I don’t mind this purchasing clause.

The store is nice but I feel like they are overwhelmed in pharmacy and just very dismissive overall they turn you away and don't want to help. But LUCY is amazing I feel she is the only competent person working the the pharmacy so ready to help and kind! Never frustrated.

The CVS on Barker Cypress is one of the best. Always friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. I enjoy shopping at this location and getting my medications filled here.

CVS, is quite expensive. Their prices exceed any other store in the neighborhood. The service is usually very slow.

RUDE, unhelpful pharmacist. I spoke with a female Asian Pharmacist on 02/17 at 11:27am to inquire about a med that is being delayed. The pharmacist was extremely rude and said exactly 7 words to me in the entire conversation. "Date of birth?" and "Talk to your insurance." She then abruptly hung up! What the heck! Go back to pharm school then follow up with an etiquette course to learn proper bedside manner. You're an embarrassment to the company and your peers in the industry.
