RUDE, unhelpful pharmacist. I spoke with a female Asian Pharmacist on 02/17 at 11:27am to inquire about a med that is being delayed. The pharmacist was extremely rude and said exactly 7 words to me in the entire conversation. "Date of birth?" and "Talk to your insurance." She then abruptly hung up! What the heck! Go back to pharm school then follow up with an etiquette course to learn proper bedside manner. You're an embarrassment to the company and your peers in the industry.

The service and wait time is ridiculous!I showed up, and it took them almost 20 minutes to acknowledge I was standing in front waiting for help!Then the lady says the prescription I need is not available and she’ll call me back when it’s in store.Then 10 minutes after leaving the store she calls back and says they returned the prescription and I can just go ahead and come back and that will be enough to fill mine!!!!Like what?????

My CVS closed so they sent an RX here. Waited TWENTY MINUTES as the car at the speaker while 4 cars on the left went through. Staff could not figure out my insurance. I begged them to just let me pay cash so my crying, sick kid and I could leave.

Pharmacist Morgan was extremely RUDE, disrespectful, and MEAN. She hung up on me without giving me a chance to say anything. So I had to call back again. I had called the pharmacy to know how much the medication would cost with the coupon. Pharmacist Morgan abused her power and refused to give me the price over the phone and ordered me to come to the pharmacy. She was very unprofessional, uncaring, and loud. Her tone of voice was obnoxiously harsh and high-pitched. She showed no empathy, no kindness, and no concern in order to help out with her patient's medication. Her license should be suspended by the boards of pharmacy (TSBP) for causing patients a great amount of mental distress, failing to provide service in a professional/ethical manner, hanging up calls on patients, and abusing her power. We felt threatened, verbally abused, and disrespected by Pharmacist Morgan's unacceptable behavior. It caused us great mental/emotional distress and torture. Justice will be served. Amen!!

Horrible wait time. I called the pharmacy to ask for a product, and I was headed in that direction in case they had it. Well 15min later, I arrived, learned they didn’t have it OTC myself and left all before someone answered the line/

I have received nothing but superb service from this pharmacy. Always on time and always courteous. They are very communicative regarding prescriptions via text messages and also provide valuable information regarding my meds. Very pleased. Thank you.

I’m giving them one store because of MORGAN, she rudely ask me was I a doctor Because I used the doctor prompt. RUDE! No one else has ask me that, just do your job! Learn manners. And no one even called me to tell me my Rx was ready after I was told the medicine was out of stock!!! The Asian girl is very nice and helpful :) Thank you.

Pharmacy can’t seem to get my meds transferred from Kroger’s. Said they were working on it twice only to then be told to call myself. Not helpful at ALL! Frustrating. Clearly don’t want my business. Please see the other reviews on this pharmacist! Rude to everyone.

Pharmacy is a rip off. The charges me 108.00 for an over the counter medication. They are supposed to tell you if using insurance is more expensive. Will NEVER use CVS for anything again

The pharmacist lacks communication skills and will say anything to get you off the phone. They’re probably underpaid and overworked, so this is more of a dig at CVS rather than the pharmacy staff itself.Also I would rate it 5 stars but there’s a shortage of stars, so I can give you 1 now and maybe 4 later if your insurance will approve a second rating.
