Disappointed and Frustrated — False Advertising at Its Finest!
CVS’s Minute Clinic claims that “walk-ins are welcome,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I arrived without an appointment,checked in at the kiosk, and was told the wait might be a little long. What they didn’t say is that I’d be sitting there for over two hours with no end in sight.
Despite being visibly in pain, I watched as the nurse practitioner repeatedly called in patients who had only been waiting 5 to 10 minutes. After two hours of being ignored, I finally gave up and left, pissed, still hurting, and completely disillusioned with the utter and deliberate lack of service.
If you’re considering using the Minute Clinic without an appointment, don’t bother. They clearly don’t value your time or uphold their own policies.
I truly miss H-E-B’s RediClinics. They were far more efficient, welcoming, and respectful.
Take your business elsewhere!
UPDATE: I noticed the owner’s response to negative reviews appears to be a generic, copy-paste message directing customers to contact their customer relations team. Given that my contact information is already on file, a sincere effort to resolve the issue would have involved reaching out to me directly.
This kind of impersonal follow-up undermines the credibility of their customer service. I encourage potential customers to take note. Their ratings tell the real story.

Very inconsiderate the minute clinic. Had me there more then one hour and half my appointment was at 1130. Plus they told me they takek medicaid..the person gave me appointment say I can go there doctor say no and I thought they should of told me by phone..I'm sickly and don't drive got my kids very unfair

Do NOT use this minute clinic! I went in 3 days ago with a sore throat and white patches on the left side of my throat. I tested negative for strep so she just told me to take ibuprofen for the pain and sent me home (after paying $98, by the way) today I went to an urgent care with my entire throat WHITE with infection, swollen almost shut and the worst pain I have ever been in. They prescribed me antibiotics immediately.
I will NEVER return to this clinic. Awful awful service, they take your money and don’t care about your wellbeing. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Horrible service. They took a passport picture incorrectly and I could not use it. So I went back to return although I did not have the receipt I had the picture in the CVS envelope and the information of my purchase on the CVS app and the cc that was used. Instead they insisted on getting a barcode from the actual receipt. So I had to waste my time and call the number for them to email me the barcode. When I asked them on the phone if a barcode was needed to return, they said this was not. I don't know why they want to make it difficult for customers but I used to go to CVS all the time and had my prescriptions sent here. Now I will change and move my business elsewhere

I stood in line for 8 minutes while 7 pharmacists and techs stood behind filling their drug orders and a line formed on two sides and someone of course jumped in front of me because they went to the furthest cash register to ring up customers. Pharma is a BIG business, but so are the Customers standing in front of your silly faces. This is absolutely unacceptable. My OTC meds are just as important to my well being, collectively we make this company wealthy too. SHAME ON YOUR WHOLE STAFF PHARMACY MANAGER!!!! YOUR GOOGLE REVIEWS SHOW THE POOR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.... RIDICULOUS!!???? Of course . 👎👎👎👎👎

Service here is horrible. They take SO long to help someone out when picking up prescriptions. I am forced to come here because of my insurance. Some days the wait is so long. On a Saturday I was the 5th care to be helped and I swear I waited 35 minutes!!!! Today I get here and there’s a car being helped and I was next. I waited 18 minutes. From when I pulled up to when I was helped. Mind you I was the second vehicle there. I used go always to go the Walgreens on the corner of spring cypress and barker cypress. I still have some prescriptions sent there, I won’t lie. But if it’s too expensive I’ll send it to CVS. At that Walgreens there could be 4 cars in front of me and I won’t wait more than 10 minutes. Crazy!!!!!

I would like to bring to attention an experience I had with a CVS pharmacy employee who identifies herself as a supervisor, Sophia Nguyen. I found her demeanor to be discourteous and unprofessional. In addition to providing subpar customer service, I observed that she tends to speak to customers in a condescending manner, influenced by their appearance. This behavior raises significant concerns regarding equitable treatment in customer interactions. I respectfully hope that her supervisor addresses this matter with her, reinforcing the principle that personal frustrations should not be projected onto customers.

Extremely slow and poor service at the pharmacy. One of the worse pharmacy experiences I have ever had. Which is surprising because they have one of the larger pharmacy staffs I’ve seen.

Phone tree is broken, puts you in loops. Staff will argue with you about this. I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO TALK TO A PERSON, THE SELF SERV ROBOT RANDOMLY BEEPED FOR ME TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND THEN I GOT A CALL BACK LATER
SELF SERVICE IS BROKEN.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT
