This CVS, it’s very clean. The shelves are stocked with all of the items I was looking for. The customer service was amazing.

I like their drive-thru. Because even if it's not my birthday when I pull into one of their two lanes, I know that by the time I have picked up my Rx I will have been able to celebrate my birthday once, maybe twice!

The NP did not want to do a college physical for me. She said usually schools want a form that needs to be filled out by the healthcare provider and she also said insurance won’t cover it. She said it’s $99. I don’t know how true this is, but I got the vibe she didn’t want to do the physical and even if she did, she probably wouldn’t do it thoroughly. I walked out with nothing done and didn’t get a vaccine I had scheduled, too.Not sure whose fault all this is, but my time got wasted.

The staff was very warm and friendly, and the cashier was very sweet and helpful at the end.

Over charged $75 for prescription, did not correct or refund overpayment after drug insurance and I reported to them the error made. Recommend not paying with cash.

The pharmacy is unreasonably slow with service.Message system will alert to ready items only to go in and have a lengthy wait

I was waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer. Then someone picked up breathing on the phone then immediately hung up. Surprisingly it turn 8:00 pm & now the pharmacy is closed. Reaching out to corporate in Rhode Island because CVS prides itself for serving people and this is not good customer service.

Pharmacy is super slow in the drive thru, in the store and especially over the phone. Have waited over :15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Not professional at all.

I hate their policy of the pharmacy closing for 30 minutes in the middle of the day. Complete lack of concern for customer service.

I’m highly irritated!! They are extremely lazy!!! My child needed her medication, the lazy workers said she doesn’t have insurance. But she does. Instead of asking my husband for her insurance card they wanted to charge us. My family will NEVER GO TO CVS FOR ANY REASON!!

Every time I go to pick up my prescription, something happens. Today they were supposed to be open at 8am but they can find the pharmacist so we have to wait until they get here. Other days I’ve gone through the drive thru and every time I have waited at least an hour to get my prescription. I’ve driven off after an hour and a half before. It’s really ridiculous.

Once again - went to pick up an order for an Uber customer and they are closed at 10:00 and not 11:00 - seriously update your hours!!!
