I had a good experience at this CVS. Miah helped me out at the register and was very kind. I liked the efficient service and how I was able to be in and out. I would definitely ask for her again when I go! :)

I normally don't leave bad reviews but my goodness. I regularly come to this CVS to buy food for myself during my lunch break; and just recently, I decided to use the bathroom as well during my regular trip because I knew I had my pad in my pocket and wouldn't get the opportunity to change it later. When I come out of the bathroom, what do I see? The manager is waiting outside the door and demands that I return whatever I stole. I don't know what gave this man that impression, but I'm inclined to believe he saw brown skin and a worker's uniform and felt convinced that he was looking at a thief. I've never felt so genuinely offended by an interaction at a business. Definitely not coming back again unless I'm absolutely forced to. Horrible, horrible manager, and I could never possibly fathom any situation where it'd be appropriate to stand outside someone using the bathroom to listen. That was embarrassing and violating and downright creepy.

Me and my friend came in and used the bathroom before shopping only to get accused of “smoking weed” by an extremely rude employee shouting it out to the entire store like a crazy person, I do not partake in drugs and do not appreciate being accused of doing so in a public space with no evidence?? Very strange and unprofessional experience, avoid this cvs unless you want to get harassed!

My recent experience at the CVS Pharmacy Unfortunately, my visit was significantly marred by the behavior of the manager, Karen Green.
During my visit, I found Karen Green to be extremely unprofessional. She was loud and rude, refusing to answer my questions and even snatching papers and prescriptions from my hands. Her conduct was far from what one would expect from someone in a managerial position.
The behavior I witnessed was not only unprofessional but also created a hostile environment for customers. I believe that such conduct is unacceptable and does not align with the standards that CVS Pharmacy aims to uphold.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and steps are taken to ensure that future interactions with CVS staff are respectful and courteous

Very poor service and communications at the pharmacy. Save yourself the trouble and go to the HEB pharmacy across the street.

Karen J. is quite frankly the type of person you would never want in a managerial position or furthermore in medicine & pharmaceutical. She treats you like the subpar staff at a fast food restaurant. You would think a manager would not behave so badly, I’m buying LIFE SAVING insulin not a burger or nuggets. We waited a total of 45 minutes after submitting the prescription 4 hours prior only to be told to “circle back around”. Then told they don’t have it, though the app said it’s ready, then they only have half of it.MY Son, could tell how defeated I was. It a constant uphill battle to advocate for him. His response? “It’s ok mommy I can just do needles until tomorrow”.No, we will wait another 45 minutes to get him the medication he needs. He shouldn’t have to already be witnessing the complete disregard for HIS MEDICAL NEEDS to some power trip Karen.
