If you have medications that must be administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously, FIND A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. Never once in my life have I experienced not one, but the ENTIRETY of the pharmacy staff look at each other with a "deer in headlights" expression when asked if they had syringes to go with medications. Not a single person had even heard the term "Luer Lock" despite the fact that they been the standardized fitting for syringes since 1930. I'll be frank; this not only shows a horrifically egregious lack of education on the part of the pharmacy staff that they don't know what some standardized essential medical supplies are, but are potential putting people in danger when they are selling people medications without the means or even the knowledge to administer them.

Staff was very cordial, professional and helpful. Thanks Justin and Andrew for all of the help, made it such a smooth process. Stay amazing and don’t work too hard :)

Sabrina is the nicest employee I have ever met. She was kind, helpful and this location has everything I need. The best 1 stop shop in the area! I would give it 6 stars if I could.

This place sucks! Refills are never on time, and if they are ready they won't leave a message. They don't try to find a solution, or they look lost and uninterested. The workers don't look like they care.

Use to be good and fast don't know if they are short staffed or the new ppl they hired don't care. I know we have been doing the same medication and the pharmacist the African lady gave me trouble. Until I told her I need her managers number. She has a very bad attitude maybe has had a bad day.

It would be SUPER helpful if you would post your lunch break times online. Noone answers the phone, so it's not like I could find out before coming in. Also, passing people checking in knowing full well you are leaving them to sit for an hour is bad customer service. Is it really that hard to say something like "hey, lunch just started" or anything for that matter besides pretending the people you are currently employed to care for do not exist. I hate that I am at the mercy of places like this especially when it is cold and flu season.

There are no 0 stars in the reviews.2 days for taking my prescription, poor and rude service and feels like “bare minimum “ is the mantra in the pharmacy.

Pharmacy has gone severly downhill the last two years. They seem to be always understaffed, medication errors, medication not ready in reasonable amounts of time. This location used to be a well oiled machine where staff knew your name, now it's different people everytime I go.

Consistently mediocre service, seems they do the bare minimum to get the job done. Drive thru line wait is ridiculous most times and I consistently have to follow up on prescriptions to get them filled. I use them only because my insurance requires it.

Everytime I come in there is always this teenage group of boys that are screaming, making smart remarks to actual customers who ask them to quiet down, cussing while little kids are around. Staff trying to get them to tone it down but they either cuss or snap at them and say they "are customers" to avoid getting kicked out. They aren't customers if they throw stuff around for employees to pick up after.

Terrible location. When your sick and not feeling well the last thing you want is trouble with your pharmacy. The people at this location are generally unhelpful and just direct you to the website for everything. The website is terrible and cant be navigated by phone. Even though there was no one waiting and open appointments I have to drive all the way home to make an appointment and then come back. Honestly, it just so disappointing that this is what we have come to with healthcare. 5 years ago I would have recommended CVS to everyone as they have always been my go to place when im sick but it seems those days are gone forever. I would avoid this location for testing or vaccines.

I'm really kinda upset and disappointed at this Rx. I've used it plenty of times especially now since CVS has cornered a lot of the market and insurance isn't paying for where I'd really prefer to pick up my meds (Kroger).I normally don't have much issue. They can be busy and therefore slow in the drive thru from time to time. They seem definitely slower if you go inside. I've waited at the drop off counter FOR-flippin-EVER before! My latest pickup experience has truly soured me. My doctor called in a lot of medicines (7). One of which was an injectable shot, new prescription. 100% sure it said that on the paperwork, as usual. I was handed a bag full of medicine with no mention that the shot needed to be refrigerated. You cannot assume people will know this!I took my medicine home and put the bag down. I only realized the medicine needed refrigeration because of YouTube!!! Long story short the Rxist told me to call my insurance, I called the Rx benefits on the card (which was basically CVS) and the guy said they need to put in a rejection claim and trade out the boxes. I called the Rx back, they said bring the medicine back in. It was late and I was home so I didn't go that night. When I tried to take it back and handle it, I'm told I have to pay another copay. Back and forth...call benefits again, new person tells me I see what they did at the Rx store but you have to pay the copay again. At any rate, I think the Rx to be much more at fault than me just handing me that medicine without counsel. Then I would have known to not allow it to come to room temperature. There was one employee that was really trying to be helpful. I don't remember her name (think it started with an A) nor could tell her ethnicity, gave me a slight Middle Eastern or Indian vibe. She was really nice. She also told me most of those types of meds need refrigerating. Well, y'all know that but I don't work in a Rx but the time to tell a customer that is at pickup. I know I don't go home right away rushing to take meds that aren't pain related and looking at the attached paperwork. I'll take some responsibility for not doing so right away but only SLIGHT! But shame on CVS, they not only told me to contact my insurance but the second Rxist when I went back told me to contact the manufacturer. How about y'all take some responsibility cause most of it is on you!
