I will leave a 5 star review because while I was getting my hair cut , staff were very kind tours me bringing my toddler with me. Good thing my baby was not much of a fuss.
Well now let’s talk about my hair cut ! I love it ! I came in as a walk in and Ms.Lynnette was the one who cut my hair. Let me say again I loved. I asked for a short hair with layers and she met my expectations. Thank you 😊

Actually the worst blowout i ever got. Cant believe i spent 46 dollars to just have extremely frizzy hair within 30 minutes. So disappointed and sad.

The owners of this salon are the best! I took my daughters to get a haircut and they were so patient and sweet. It was my 4 year old first time getting a haircut and they made her smile and laugh the whole time. Highly recommend.

The worst hair cut I ever had, I ask for a hair cut and she start another hair cut, not even close to what I ask and ruin my goal to get the hair cut I want, months leaving my hair to grow and now I have to shave my head.

i came here about a month ago i asked to go from dark brown to black i felt very judged and my hair is not black it is a dark brown and multiple of the stylists treated me like a child but i am 22 years
old they kept asking if my mom was ok with it and made judging looks and voices when i said i wanted to go black i'm very upset with how my hair looks i cannot get that money back

Look no further! This salon is one of the best ones I've been at. Kinzie was my hair stylist, and she made me feel comfortable, especially since I have been struggling with hair loss. She's the best!

I gave a 1 star due to cypress classic hair did not tell me til I arrived that they switched me to a different stylist and the French braid I paid to have done fell out after not even a whole day of wear. Ridiculous.

The best place for hair in Cypress! Once again, my cut and color turned out so cute. Consistent, quality service and products. I always feel like I'm visiting old friends and can't wait to go back. Thank you to Cathy, Kenzie, and crew.

First, I was told my hairdresser didn’t do hair anymore when I called for an appointment (which isn’t true) and then wouldn’t provide me with my color combination (which I provided initially). As a paying customer and as someone who brought my own hair color formula to the salon, this is completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this salon. If I could give zero stars I would since as a business, that is what is deserved. Choose another salon to spend your money at.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with the salon until today. Do not get me wrong the ladies are very sweet but I went in for a bang trim, I asked for kind of a wispy bang that I could move out the way of my face every once and a while and I even showed her a picture. I feel like I got played and my bangs look quite awful to say the least, usually I wouldn’t be upset if I was able to save it but they were cut too short that it is just un-savable at this point. Unfortunately I get too scared to speak up so I just paid for my service and left. I do not know what the name was of the person who cut them, and honestly I do not care, she knows she messed up too because she was struggling to style them and kept cutting off more to try and make them look better. Ultimately I’m super upset because this was really my go to salon, but I guess this taught me a lesson amongst anything.
