We have loved working with Coach Leah and Coach Maryanne the past 3 years. My son continues to improve and reach his goals. Thankful to have a program like Fleet so close to home.

I don't understand why I can't get information about the time and location of practice each week when I need that information to send my child to the swim team’s age group. I have contacted and emailed them about this more than once, but still have not received a response. The coach said I should tell Lindsie
and Carolyn to let them know, but the line is always busy and they don't respond to my direct emails. I didn't want anything else from them, just weekly updates on practice time and locations. Personally, I think they are being racist. Because before, the same thing happened and after I emailed them a lot of times, I finally started getting info again about practice, until the storm happened where I was left in the dark about the time and locations of practices. Currently, I don’t know when and where practices will happen this week. Every time you call the lines are busy.

We were with fleet on and off for almost 4 years. The first year was great. After we came back in 2022 it’s been very disappointing. Zero honest communication, cliquey and just disrespectful. Very poor communication. It felt like coaches are doing us a favor by accepting us to the team instead of working for us. Every time I wanted to talk about my sons progress, they seemed annoyed. It was enough of this for us, after all we are paying the fees. Some coaches have their favorites and pay attention almost exclusively to them. They don’t stand to their rules of upgrading the swimmers, that are on their website. Whenever I asked, what is with my son, why hasn’t he moved up, I’d only hear: it’s all fine. I was told coaches will get back to me regarding his times and moving up but never did. Finally his coach admitted she never looks at the times by deciding if a kid gets moved up. So what does matter?! No one would answer my question.
My son got discouraged and bored. Since kids, with worst results moved up.
After telling his coach, that my son would like to try getting his Gulf cut, she said: he won’t do it. My is this an encouragement!
We left and joined other team. It’s been the best decision. After 3 weeks of training with our new team he got his Gulf cuts.
I was told by our current coaches several kids from Fleet, including my son have technic issues. Which doesn’t surprise me, since they have huge groups of kids for 1 Coach.
We have several families now here, that left FLEET for the same reasons.

Great coaches! Other than that it is not organized, communication is beyond awful, and their fees are out of control. I have asked to see the financials several times but all I hear is crickets! Very disappointing. The price is premium but communication has been extremely poor!

This is our first year at Fleet and we have been blessed having Coach Maryanne the past 9 months. She has a wonderful balance of encouragement and firmness. The kids all love and respect her and learn a lot from her.

Can swim year-round in the 50 meter outdoor pool. Today's temp was 74 at noon. What a perfect way to spend lunch hour! Pool recently renovated and looks like new. They also have a 25 meter indoor pool, which is reserved for lessons. Bummer that the lockers are closed because of covid, so either go home wet or change in the car.
UPDATE: Lockers open. BTW the pool is heated to 80 degrees. So can swim year round unless snow is falling!
UPDATE: No change from last time except pool will be rolled to long course for the rest the summer.
UPDATE: Outdoor pool to be closed for maintenance August 1 thru Labor Day.
UPDATE: Outdoor pool open again after chillers were replaced. Water temp a brisk 79 degrees.
UPDATE: Summer temps going away this weekend. We will see how good the pool heater renovations worked out.

Great place for a swim meet except that there isn't much seating for the number of lanes they have. Cool that they can make legitimate long lanes (although they were running short lanes for this meet). Kids said the water was great even though the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. That's a huge plus because nobody races well in hot water.

This place is a complete scam. Be very careful as the employees told my wife completely different things verbally and then you get charged for the entire month. We literally paid $80 to watch our child play with toys while standing in water. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The manager instructed my wife to read their policy online when asking to cancel classes and that the entire month's tuition was non-refundable.

I called to ask about swimming lessons for my twins. The lady answered the phone was so rude. She didn’t explain clearly what I need to do or gave me any advise. Terrible customer service!

We’ve been here for about 6 months and have had a wonderful experience! There was an issue with email communications in the system around Thanksgiving and we were not informed of the off-week (I spoke with several parents, some had received the email and some had not). When I talked with the director she was very kind and sent me a follow up email through the system to ensure I did not miss any future communication.
Overall we’ve had a wonderful time and both my 3 and 5 year olds have progressed swim stations begging to come more days each week! Yes, sometimes we’ve had a change in coaches at the last minute but all of the coaches filling in have been sure to check which station my kids are at and design the lessons appropriately. The majority of the coaches know our family by name and greet the kids with huge smiles each time we walk in. We definitely look forward to coming each week and I’m so happy that my boys have developed a love for swimming through this program!

My daughter loves swimming for Fleet! Coach Jeff genuinely cares about the kids and works hard to make sure each one is encouraged and on their way to meeting his/her potential.
