Cypress Park is a wonderful place! It’s very quiet, clean, and perfect for a peaceful day out. The trails are well-maintained, and it’s accessible for the elderly, even with a wheelchair. The park feels incredibly safe, making it a great spot for everyone, including families. Plus, there’s plenty of great parking available. Highly recommend for a relaxing outing!
Playground: Has so many small activities for kids, including a playground, swings, and slides.

I absolutely love this park. But I can't believe what I'm hearing. They actually want to tear down some of the trees??! They want to widen the lake in order to "help with flood issues." Stupid! Instead, they could clean out the gullies, the creek, and clean out the sewer lines, which are obviously clogged. But no, they want to tear down MORE trees. Less trees are the reason that flooding has gotten worse out here over the years. And we have fewer trees because of those good old land developers tearing up the land to put more buildings up. Flood Control could do other things to help curb flooding. But they won't because someone is getting rich doing it. They want to use more of our taxpayers' money to do unnecessary destruction to the woodland. That means no more nature trail, no home for the wildlife and the beautiful scenery of the park gets mulched. This has to stop! Say no to this project and let's look into real solutions to the flood problem!

This is a beautiful park, a family friendly environment. Be mindful, there is a wasps nest under one of the seated rocking thing in the playground. I sat my my one yr old on it and almost started rocking it when a lady pointed it out… thank goodness because once I moved and looked back there was so many flying out from inside.

Great 1.5 mile walk/run. Dog friendly and shaded in some areas for coolness in this heat.

Our whole family loves to walk here and feed the turtles. And the kids love the playground. Here you can see ducks, fish and turtles. And it’s very beautiful here.
Playground: Children have fun here, there are slides and swings.
Toilets: Strong smell and not very clean.
Dog-friendliness: There is everything for dogs. You can go for a walk.
Picnic area: There are several picnic areas that are quite spacious and clean
