Brought my Mercedes in and drove off but did not get far. The track shredded the tire and it went flat. After multiple attempts and weeks of trying to get the manager to call me finally they said it is not their responsibility and did not do it. Ironically I took the car to Discount Tire next door and they said they get a steady stream of business from this car wash blowing tires. Very poorly run company don't use them or it will cost you a lot of money replacing tires.

If you are looking for repair some parts after washing it’s a best place to do so… broke the phone holder and refused to accept that …. I didn’t ack for reimbursement of damages, But for the manager to yell at me and say that I broke it myself, I consider it unacceptable.

Went to Target bought two bottles of bathroom spray left it in my trunk and went inside wait on my car wash. Came out to get my car when it was done not very cleaned and went home. Checked my trunk and the two bottles of bathroom sprayed were gone. Talk about stupid things to steal. I could have brought the bottles inside with me while I waited but I thought no one would steal such thing, well I was totally wrong. Yall need to hired better decent people instead of a bunch of thieves. 7/21/2024

I brought in my car for a cloth seat shampoo and it looked great after but a few hours after my seats dried it still had stains and water stains from the shampoo

I went to this car wash last week on Thursday. Paid $100 just for an interior clean and shampoo. I didn't mind it took 2 hours or the pricing. When I got in my vehicle, my vents were still dusty, the corners of my dash still had dirt, and my center screen still had coke Splash. I even tipped $20 because normally, they do a fantastic job. I was told the old crew quit. I guess with that, so did their quality. I normally go once every 2 months for a super detail. I normally spend around $220. I will not be back. I had my car redone by a local upstart that comes to my house. He now has my business. Sad that after 4 years, this is what it has come to.

I have been coming here for years. They do a decent job forgetting to wipe down some things. I have been several times where I have been turned away because they aren’t doing hand washes. I don’t live close so that’s a problem. If you pay for a service you should get the whole service you pay for!

Somehow the push button on my two front doors were removed, I think it was some kindof vacuum action that tucked them out. At first one person said nope it was like that when you brought the car in, which it wasn't. Another individual came by and looked everywhere for the buttons and couldn't find them. He said he would look after the place closes for the day, and for me to call back. The next day I called and I don't think it was the man I spoke with, but they said no we didn't find them. So I went online and found that you need to replace the part that the button controls ( keyless entry system) will see what they want to do. I found the replacements from China that will cost only $12.43 or can take it to a Kia dealership and one said oh no problem it is only $450.00 per door. That seems ridiculous to me.

Spent $100 for an interior detail and this is how my car was returned to me. there was no damage whatsoever prior to taking it in and when i point out the damage and explain what happened they say that they won't be liable for damage that they did to my car, no refund or anything to make up for their mess up just excuse after excuse why this isn't their fault. now I will have to spend more money fix parts that they had zero respect for. wish i could give zero stars for the absolute lack of respect and customer service when talking to me.

Thieves, I was sold a service that was not provided. They kept the truck for 5 hours and I still have coffee drips by the coffee holder.
Edgar is dishonest, the place hides behind a language barrier.

Always fast to get you through the wash. No wonder it was so fast payed $140 for full inside. The carpets were soaking wet, and now my band new 2024 car smells moldy. I have already spent #40 on oder eliminater boms, and after a few days, it goes back to smelling like mold. I leave my car running with air on full while the bombs are filling up the car. I just spent another $40 on 2 more bombs. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what to do. Even the feet carpets were just laying in the back, soaking wet on top of wet carpet. Who does that? Oh yes, Cypress Station does.
