Be careful, they’re scammers
They take your money for items they don’t have on stock. Hold the money for 12days, than cancel the order after that that issued another order, charged my card again. When I spoke to customer service, he was so rude and refuse to give me any explanation and refuse to transfer my call to his supervisor.

Went in to shop around and observed 2 young men??, behind the counter on their phones. No hi, no acknowledgment whatsoever. They just couldn't take their eyes off the phones. Upon making a selection and placing the item on the counter, by God the young man took the time to take put his phone away and acknowledge our presence. Smh....... good help must be hard to find.

Today I went to DKNY cypress store and my experience was absolutely awesome! Sheryl and Rosa are extremely helpful towards their customers, especially their customer service…They’re amazing people!

Store and the product is great, but the supposed manager/in charge person either hates his job or just lazy by nature. Only thing he repeated for any question was to go online and check or call corporate. When asked for help finding sizes he said he has to change pricing in whole store and place back clothing so he cannot help customers except for ringing up (01/28 1:30pm), so we decided to leave our items there and walk out so he can peacefully do his work, really pathetic personality to be at such place or line of work

Ruddest manager … “shirley” .. nobody had a clue of the prices… they had a sign of 70% off ticketed price … the items were misplaced and the discount didn’t apply… she had the employees taking the stuff behind the counter …while i was try to explain that it wasn’t right she said “ your input is not necessary “… i was just making a comment since i actually i should’ve got the discount …I feel aorry for the people working there if they have suck a horrible manager … what a power trio that girl ! Get of the pony girl!

The store it’s self is great!! I love the DKNY brand. I went in this location on Sat 11/12 to return a purse that I decided I didn’t want. I shopped around a bit and didn’t see anything I had to have so I proceeded to make my return. The manager on duty LJ was standing at the register along with the young lady Varvara who processed my return. My return was completed and she handed me my receipt. No problem! So I go to check my account the next day(today) and I see a pending purchase to my account in the amount of $34.08. I did not make any purchases in the store that day. So why do I have a pending charge?? I call the location to speak with management to get my money back as I did NOT make any purchases in the store that day. He is going back and forth on the other line with an associate on duty and telling her that I need to go in and verify my information. Finally later that morning I get a call back from LJ who states that he has checked the end of day closing and doesn’t see a charge ending in my debit card #. Mind you I never ever gave my debit card info so how did he know what to look for?? He already knew who I was. He was very dry and seemed disinterested in resolving the matter. The call ended with”there’s nothing I can do in store level you’ll need to call and or email customer service in regards. I have since been attempting to contact their customer service dept via email and phone calls as suggested by LJ. I’ve emailed them several times and called as well and gotten no response from anyone. I did contact my bank and filed a dispute and it’s now pending. As of yet I have not received my money back into my account. I spoke with another retail worker and he stated that they possibly used a card skimmer at the time of my return being processed. Shady!! So to all of the shoppers who like DKNY I suggest using cash and not swiping your cards at this location. I will not be shopping there ever again.

The store is fine. Manger unfriendly, makes me not want to shop there. I shop there due to my daughter loving the store hence why I go. Several occasions this same manager will be having a conversation with a friend doesn't acknowledge people in the store. I hope you guy's review this issue. Apart from this issue store is fine to shop in.
