I am leaving 1 star because I came to redeem my free gift for a free dipped cup that doesn't have an expiration date, and the girl tells me I would have to use it at another location. Which doesn't make sense because I know someone that came here and got their free cup. I would understand if it were expired, but there isn't an expiration date on it. She said her manager decided to no longer offer the free cup anymore. How would I as a customer know that without wasting my time and gas driving over here? I practically live in the country, so having to drive to another location is a total inconvenience.

Worst business ever. Do not conduct business with this establishment. I placed an order the day prior to an event and when the day came for me to go pick up, they said that I didn't place an order and that there was nothing they could do., I asked them to compromise and provide free delivery. They refused and would not work with me when it is 100% their fault. Do not work with these people. They are not good. Go find yourself anyone else. I trusted them to do their job and they are not competent enough to place an order this place sucks!!!!

The door says they close at 7 but they have the doors locked at 6. I came to pick up a birthday gift and they aren’t even answering the phone!

I get it, it’s Valentine’s Day but some sort of acknowledgment of my order would’ve been nice, I called several times because I didn’t receive a confirmation that my order was placed, the gift was delivered but I wasn’t even notified or got a call back. But that’s okay thank you for your hard work.

My same day delivery on Sep-25 was not delivered. I left a 1-star review earlier. Owner called me on Sep-27 after I left 2 messages (26th and 27th) He explained they attempted the 2nd delivery but because the development was new, they were not able to find the house. He informed me they processed the refund. I feel that he deserves my business because he was very patient and I don’t want him to loose money because they made the 2nd delivery attempt which I was not fully kept in the loop. I re-ordered online and we exchange contacts to ensure delivery. The recipient was very happy though the gifts arrived late for the birthday person, this late delivery makes it more special for recipient.

for amount that I have been charged and what I have been promised. It seems like a dead flower has been dumped at the house.
This is a Mother’s Day flowers gift
They didn’t even attempt to make it look nice prior to delivery.

I ordered, left messages , no one contacted me. I checked my order status my order wasn't even looked at the next day. I called so many times and was sent voicemail. They took my money tho, and no one received an arrangement.

I've stopped by for their smoothies but they're a little slow at times. The most recent time I went they took about 20 mins to blend up 2 smoothies.

Bought a couple roses here for my sister’s play. Customer service was great. The lady there was very nice and got us the flowers quickly. Will definitely come here again if I need a bigger order.

Made an order a week ago and asked for it to be delivered before noon at the school that she works at, she made it home and no delivery. Over $200 spent for shit service, no communication and no delivery as per requested. Way to give the brand a crap name Fairfield, TX location.

My order arrived a day late, the strawberries had brown, dried leaves, and the greeting card I paid for was not delivered. I attempted to contact the store twice via their online contact form & I never received a reply. I won't use this location again.

Well, this is the 3rd attempt at using this location. The first time went decent. They prepared the wrong order but I let it slide. The second time my order wasn't ready in time and they miss-typed the entire card. Today is valentines day. I ordered my wife's gifts and set the pickup time, but that doesn't matter because the store didn't open on time and had a line of customers waiting out front. Called corporate and their only solution is to wait and hope they open soon. This is ridiculous! An the absolute last time I'll be purchasing anything from this company. In this location has repeatedly showed a lack of care for their job, and it is evident by the bad reviews. Save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere with another company.
