Went in today to get a pedicure for my husband and I. We went early right when they opened and we’re greeted and seated to get started. Pedicure for the both of us was great. No complaints there. I decided to get the classic manicure to clean up my cuticles, No polish and the older lady (blonde dyed hair) did my manicure and I was quite disappointed. She was very rough pushing my cuticles back and while she was nipping the cuticles. I had one bleeder (thumb-dried blood spots) during and she put antibiotics in it but having 4 of my fingers throbbing all day is annoying. I had pulled away my hand and winced and she noticed and said “a lot to clean up huh?” .. yes, I don’t have the luxury of getting weekly/monthly manicures but I didn’t think it was that bad for her to be that rough. 3 stars for the kindness of our pedicure ladies but knocked off 2 stars for the painful manicure I had.

Some other place messed up my eyebrows so when they grew back I came here for an eyebrow wax since I’ve been here for other services and Lilly started on me immediately and listened when I told her what happened before. She was very sweet and made sure to show me throughout the service how I liked them and they came out perfect!

The lady was rushing my manicure, and instead of starting on my right hand that was soaking in water, she began working on my left and ended up cutting three of my fingers on that hand. The color I chose ended up not being as accurate as the sample, but the nails themselves still look okay, despite some of them being cut at different lengths.
The entire time this was going on my husband was sitting there waiting with his feet soaking in room temperature water, but no one ever came to work on his pedicure even thouggh there was literally only one other customer in there. We ended up leaving once my nails were done and will not be back. My cuticles are sore in multiple spots and one of them won't stop bleeding, it looks bad.
Edit: Added pictures of my nails less than 5 days after I got them done. Chipped polish, extremely dry skin all around the nails from rushing my manicure and dry blood spots from where I got cut multiple times.

Every time I go into Elegant Nails, I'm always greeted by Lily! She is so sweet and always gets my nails just right! The pedicures are always so relaxing and I leave feeling like a new woman! I would definitely recommend booking your appointment here!

absolutely love coming here, this is the only nail salon i go to. the ladies are always so nice,they take their time and are very attentive. no matter how busy it is they never rush or take shortcuts.

Best nails I have had in years. Did exactly what I asked and had patience with me when I changed my mind
EDIT: just went in to get my nails done and with absolutely no one in there I was told I could not get my nails done because there is an appointment coming in 15 minutes. What a bummer
