I’ve usually had great experiences here and even left a 5-star review before, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The pedicure menu promises nail cleaning and shaping, cuticle trimming, exfoliation, a five-minute massage, and a warm towel. This time, I only got my nails trimmed, some exfoliation, and a very short massage, and the whole service felt rushed.
I hope this was just an off day, as the salon is usually capable of providing excellent service.

First time going here. I love my nails and the service with Nancy, she did a wonderful job.
EDIT: Came in today for a full set and pedi. Nancy and Nick did an amazing job making me feel welcomed and comfortable! Absolutely will be coming back.

Been coming here for years, but they fell off on customer service!
If you’re not getting special design or long nails, they push you off to someone else and rush through your nails
