This is the most organized store I’ve ever been in.Huge selection of good quality furniture with latest awesome designs!Unbeatable prices and quality.Playground and game room for kids to enjoy while you taking your time exploring the entire place.The staff are amazing!. Maggie was there welcoming us at the front door offering her great experience and advices mixed with patience and respect.Chad the manager walked in shaking hands welcoming us back!We are super happy with our new furniture!And will definitely coming back again.Highly recommended!

Very upsetting experience - Cypress location.From the start, we were clear on the aesthetic we were going for in our home (rustic), but the sales rep kept showing us things that were not even close to what we were looking for - lots of modern/ contemporary. Spent over 7K for a bedroom and Bedgear mattress set, but when the delivery drivers came they did not have the box spring. Since there was no box spring, they said they couldn't put the mattress together, so I ended up having to assemble on my own (over 4 pieces of heavy mattress).I was puzzled since we were told at checkout we would have the box spring (even mentioned that this would be the cheaper option than what they were trying to sell us), but it was not on the receipt.Then we got a call from our sales rep Amani and he apologized that the box spring was not in the initial delivery and EXPLICTELY STATED that the box spring would be delivered on the following day AT NO CHARGE TO US.I even asked 2X that this WOULD BE AT NO CHARGE and he said "yes, we'll take care of it". I had him on speakerphone and my husband and I BOTH heard the same message.My husband followed up on the box spring today and Amani went back on his initial statement and accused us of lying, saying that he had never said the box spring would come at no cost. He said the delivery truck could have it over today and they would charge us $300.Overall, extremely disappointing experience, we will NEVER be back.Be sure to triple check your receipt even after 3 people from multiple departments checked to ensure everything was on there.

Pure junk furniture! All mass produced & imported junk. Visit a real furniture store, like The Amish craftsman or living design. Stay away from these exclusive junk stores if you want furniture that actually looks good & last.

In my opinion, Exclusive furniture in Cypress TX sells low quality merchandise using high pressure sales tactics and does not deliver on promises to repair items even under their warranty.

I purchased a leather love seat from Exclusive furniture in Cypress. That was in April 2023 and I reported the claim and sent in pictures. I paid $499 for insurance and nothing has been done. I will not buy anything from them again. Very bad service. Lesa D

Very friendly super clean. Loved my visit today
