Worst customer service , they will send emails for your express cash but whenever you go to store there will be no express cash. Then we can call customer service and spend 15-20 min but nobody will reinstate your express cash which is removed from your account. Horrible.

This is not my first time shopping at Express, and I have always presented my federal tax exemption card, which is applied directly at the point of sale — you can see it on the system and the tax is removed. This is the standard procedure, and it has never been an issue before.
However, this time when I handed the card to the cashier, the employee had no idea what it was. He then called his manager, who told me, “We don’t do that here, go to the food court.” I explained that this is something they do handle, that I’m not a tourist, and that this is the usual process. She insisted it’s the first time she has ever seen such a card, said it’s impossible this has been done before, and refused to process it.
It’s unacceptable when stores and their managers are not educated on standard procedures and refuse to follow them. To make matters worse, I escalated the issue over the phone to corporate.
We are tired of dealing with these unnecessary problems.

Daniela was such an AMAZING SALES REPRESENTATIVE. She helped me save so much on my purchase and I walked out with a full suit set for under $100Thanks Daniela for such professional and kind customer service. It’s very underrated now days and I wish you well in all your future endeavors

Had such a bad experience with the nigh manager on 1-11-24 she was very rude and un knowledgeable on how to do a return , or maybe she just didn’t want find my transaction,and then I ask another employee and she help me out with it, if it wasn’t for her I would of been calling customer service to deal l with it , I spent thousands of dollars there from uniforms for work to just regular formal close .
