The most unresponsive and careless staff. I have asked for them to replace the lightbulb in my unit 6 times. They have lied all 6 times telling me "it will be don't this week". I have talked to every person that works there and they are all the same. They simply don't care about customers. I don't want to go through the trouble of moving all my things to another place and of course they know that. Once you are in there your captive.

I had reservations for a truck 2 times and they where cancel so I had to reschedule my move out date and my helpers both times and this place don't care and have no concerns

Dear owner: clearly the reading comprehension was missed. Buda and Norman wasn't the issue. Your person on the phone at this Cypress location was. In fact clearly training is needed for everyone at this cypress location! The review below was not for Buda obviously since i did it inter the Cypress location! I wish i could give this location a large ZERO

I have been to the Buda Texas location and the one up in Norman Oklahoma and I have never had someone be so unacceptably rude the person that answered the phone today in Cypress. Please be mindful that this particular location does not follow the company rule in regards to insurance. If I have my own rental coverage I do not have to have the company insurance. There are other locations in and around Cypress that I would recommend before going here. I haven't even rented from this location and just based off of the two things that happened today I would never ever not only rent here but recommended this particular location. I am a strong advocate for Morningstar storage usually but the gentleman that answer the phone he strongly needs some training. Because for him to tell me that it's corporate policy when it's in fact not corporate policy that leaves a bad taste when someone lies to you right off the bat. And on top of that I did not get an email return either. Please do not add salt to any wounds by renting here.

I didnt plan on settling. I really just started looking for a storage, but the deals are too good to pass on. Plus they have great customer service.

I would definitely refer Morningstar Storage. Super Easy process, access and move out, great people, reasonable prices and a truck!!!!! Trust that your stuff is safe here 24 hour access!!!!

Nice clean storage, no parking and the man who works in the front is very rude and unprofessional. Besides that everyone else that works there is great.

Update: Moving out today, and repeating the positive interactions with staff today with Adrian, James and Chrystal. They’re patient and helpful, and they’ve treated me right every time.Previous: I’ve had only 100% positive interactions with personnel here, and from my observations the facility has always been perfectly maintained and clean.

We used this location to store our boat and had an excellent experience, the manager was easy to work with and the property was well maintained. It was one of the few storage facilities that offered convenient access to water hoses and it felt like our boat was very secure and protected. We will definitely use this storage facility for all of our future needs.

I was looking for a climate controlled storage and stumbled across Morningstar Storage Barker Cypress location, while driving. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Crystal. Crystal provided me with a tour of the location and different storage units that could fit my need. Crystal went over pricing and the contract in detail and answered my questions. I love that the location was very clean , has security cameras throughout the hallways and it was good temperature within the units that were climate controlled.Thank you Crystal for your impeccable service and making my move in a smooth process.

The manager couldn't take two seconds to show me the convoluted way to use their elevator. When I asked how to use the "freakin" thing he shut completely down and acted like a pearl clutching self-made target.I had to stand out side in 110 degree weather and call my wife at work to figure it out (who also had to figure it out herself) this dude is lazy and self serving.When you ultimately get mad at the crap service he will act like the victim.
