Whenever I have a package scheduled for delivery on Saturday, they never deliver it on that day. It seems like the drivers are trying to have a easy Saturday. This is not acceptable.

They are not very friendly if you are dropping off a package that already has a label and don’t want to give you a proof of receipt even if they are not busy. I’ve quit going here. Too easy to not be treated poorly.

If I could give a zero. I would. Lack of knowledge and giving me the wrong type of airbill has resulted in my international envelope to disappear. Thanks y'all. Important document that should have been there yesterday is now mia.

Have used their shipping services several times, but they really came through for me today when they printed some "Fragile" labels for me. Very fast, friendly, and convenient.

If I could give a minus 5 I would. They hire a bunch of thieves. I can’t believe we trust this people with our items that’s cost us money and they have our addresses. Good thing that there is surveillance to see that they are just a bunch of thieves. Going forward I’ll try to make sure I don’t get things shipments or deliveries via FedEx.
