I’ll be filing a charge back with my bank. ordered two beef empanadas and a mango drink, they kept giving me Chickhen, like 4 times. I ask for an exchange and they said they couldn’t do that because of the price difference. They said to come back in 5 mins and they would fry my empanadas. I come back over 10 mins later and nobody fried the beef ones. They seem to not know why I even came back. They claim the Chickhen is really the beef and I simply cannot see the difference between the two. Even though I’ve eaten here a few times and I know the difference. It gets even stranger, they start to call the manager and called SECURITY! Talking in sign language! Over the wrong empanadas! 😂 something out of a movie! Yes! I wasn’t raising my voice or being rude! I wasn’t being rude, I simply wanted my two beef empanadas. THIS IS CRAzy! They need to put people in there that speak ENGLISH! I simply told them to forget about it. Security even followed me to the front where I went to check out the other items at the self check out lane it was crazy! I can understand if I was screaming or acting aggressive, but I wasn’t. Both women barely speak English! So that just the communication confusing and all over the place. I will never go back. I can’t post a picture, because I never got the empanadas! lol!!

Great ethnic grocery store ranging from Africa to Hispanic foods. Producer is really well selected and a great prices. The offer a huge deli and seafood section as well. I have noticed that they do not have very good soda prices so beware of that.

Great storefront, clean. Great selection of foods and goods to purchase. Staff is friendly and the lines move quickly. I definitely recommend this store.

I really enjoyed shopping at this location, I live closet to the one that is on Mason rd but that one is so messy and staff is rude but at this location everyone is so kind and the store is very organized and clean.

Customer service and security guard at self check out counter was rude in approaching us when checking out our receipt. They suspected us that we did not pay for our water and she cannot see it on the receipt so I pointed out to her that we paid for that said item. No apology from the customer service person and the security guard at all for the inconvenience caused. Hoping that this behavior will be corrected as far as customer service is concerned.

My first time ever in this supermarket, it was very friendly very clean and courteous service. They also had an awesome hot food if you’d like to get some tacos or tortas they have a lady by the name of Mary that helped me check out. She was very awesome. I recommend shopping at this store if you’re in the Houston area.

AWFUL customer service experience. The employee Ruben in the fish department is extremely rude and clearly hates his job. He can hardly speak or understand English which is fine but getting upset, slamming down fish and yelling at customers then walking away is not ok. Reported his conduct to a store manager who admitted they had received several complaints about him and assured me it would be addressed. Came in 2 days later and he's still working in the fish area with the same nasty attitude towards customers. I've been shopping here for years and definitely won't be returning to this store.
