Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee told me he was the manager, but then refused to give me his name. I asked who I could call to file a complaint and was told to go look it up myself.

This store had the worst customer service I have ever seen. Everyone of the employees had an attitude and didn’t want to help anyone they just stood by the counter talking with each other n didn’t want to help customers!

Was little scared of coming here after reading some of the recent reviews. Ended up that they were the only store in the area that had the Nike vapor max plus shoes in stock that we were looking for. Employees were very helpful and the store wasn’t overly crowded like some of the other shoes stores. Definitely coming back here next time we need some more shoes!

Didn’t really get major assistance walking in, when I asked for the shoe, the associate brought it… I tried it on. I liked the shoe at the end, soI decided to purchase the $140 Nike tennis shoes since it’s hard for me to find 9 1/2 women’s size. Anyway, came home to find out I got stuck with 2 left shoes instead of a left and right. Now I have to go to Willowbrook Mall to return the shoes I got since I live about 1 hour away from Finish Line at the Houston Outlet. Always check your merchandise before you leave, bad Customer service to not check the items for the customer to make sure they take the right shoes home.

I was there Friday evening about 7 pm on 10/21/22. This is after I called to verify they had my shoe I ordered online in a different size at their store. The rep said they have it ok so I drove right over. To my surprise it was not the correct shoe. I said well just give me a refund and guess what. Their system was down to do returns. I asked to speak the manager and the young lady told me she was the manager. First off she didn’t even look like she worked there no uniform on and had the worst attitude. Everyone working that night had an awful attitude on their face. No one was smiling no one was saying hello or thanking you for coming in. I told manager let me call customer service and she made a sound like “ugh” you really going to call service. Of course I don’t know the next procedure to do an online return. The service rep on the phone instructed me to either go to a different location or ship it back. I advise I was leaving the next day. I couldn’t do that. Originally Finish line lost my first order and had to ship me a “replacement order”. Now I’m going through the store to deal with awful attitudes. I told the manager why tell me you had my shoe and shoe size I needed first. She goes “I didn’t tell you anything on the phone it was not me” But her sales rep said it was me. The manager never once apologized to me at that point. The company needs to re train her!! I had to go to a different location when I got back from out of town. That other store lost my return order entirely & I had to fight service to get my refund back! It all started with this store with bad service to the other store losing my return order. The other store had promise me to mail my return for me!! Never did!!! Your Stores need to do better! This is why we order mainly from Amazon! They make it easy to order to returning items back for a full refund!! I’m not going back to any Finish Line in store or online. I have always gone to Finish Line for my shoes and kids shoes! You lost a long time customer due your poor management and staff at this location.

I went to this location on Sunday 10/23, customer service was awful, employees seemed bothered to help us out, they didn’t even offer until we asked, also when paying the girl ringing us up looked like she didn’t enjoy working there at all, I wouldn’t have bought anything if I was shopping locally, unfortunately I’m out of state and needed a gift for someone. Obviously will never be back but owners should set customers service standards for employees

Bad customer service! I came to buy some shoes in the afternoon on Sunday, 9/11/2022. I saw a man with a finish line shirt on, so I asked if they had a pair of Nike vapor max in a size 11 or 11.5. He said” size 11, ok I’ll see” then walked away. I was just staring at him move across the store like he was shopping for something? Of course I left after waiting , because it was hot. And this is coming from a young adult. This location need to do better. I never seen a finish line so unorganized.

Came in yesterday around 5:00pm and the store was almost completely empty besides one other customer. I was with my elementary school daughter looking for new shoes for school. There was about 5 employees on the floor standing around gossiping and not one asked if I needed help after about 20 minutes I finally asked for help and while trying on shoes the girl working continued using profanity and gossiping about her relationship and personal life with the other employees in the store. It took me saying something for the employees to stop gossiping, using profanity and do their jobs. If you're going to hire people that just stand around and gossip and talk about their sex life please don't sell children shoes. The worst customer service here.

Horrible store and customer service! People in there never wanna help! Why work in a retail store especially a shoe store if you do not want to help! Never again! They don’t deserve no stars! But apparently In order for me to even post I had to pick one!

First time in this location, employees seem to care more about having a good time and talking to each other then actually working. We wanted to get 2 pairs of shoes and walked out with nothing. Had to go look for someone to help us then said didn't have the size didnt even look in the back.. guess they know by memory wanted to ask about another pair walked off before had a chance. The lady that let us at the door at least greeted us. I know they can do better ?♀️
