This Firestone location was amazing. Denise and Myron were very helpful. I was here for a wheel alignment for my fiancés car. They allowed me to use my discounts from the Firestone app. They broke down other issues for the vehicle, printed out the pricing, and I truly will be coming back. Please do not go to NTB-National Tire & Battery across the street (you get what you pay for). Thank you guys at Firestone.

Purchased shocks and struts and had them installed last June(2023) Today I took the cover off the truck bed and saw a hole in the bed, looked under and the shock is running against the bed apparently been banging against it for quite a while. The truck is not driven a lot or long distances for this to be happing already. Since it' over the 1 year nothing will be done about it.
We are very disappointed in the quality of either products you sold or the quality of work done to my vehicle. Either way we will never bring another one of our vehicles to a Firestone again.

Got to the location at 815am for an 830am appointment. 1030AM and I'm still waiting and there only 3 cars here. DO NOT GO HERE FOR OIL CHANGE, waste of time. I would give zero stars but it doesn't allow it.

During my recent visit for a scheduled wheel alignment, the store manager exhibited unprofessional behavior. He delayed the service by two hours despite my appointment, and then proceeded to pry into personal matters irrelevant to the work order. Furthermore, he attempted to dissuade me from utilizing my lifetime alignment coverage saying it wasn't needed. His conduct was both intrusive and obstructive to the service I was entitled to receive.

Needed to get my tire patched the manager originally told me 2.5 to 2 hours but I was out of there in 45 minutes. He was super nice and welcoming if I need service again I’ll definitely be back

Don’t go there if your time is valueable, they took their sweet time gossiping around for one hour before they even start your 15-30 min work.
