WOW! There are a lot of new faces at this store. I’ve been visiting this location for 15 years. I was sad when Stacey left . A gentleman took over the store I visited 2 times while he was there and the service was terrible and I vowed to never visit this location again. Well I stopped by to get a state inspection and wow what a breath of fresh air. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Julie was sooooo nice. Thank you!! I will start bringing my cars back to this location!!

RIP OFF.... We have a lifetime warranty that they have never once honored. They always make an excuse as to why they can't do it unless we pay $1,000s to replace something. This time I took their quote for $4,500 to another shop. Firestone said everything needed replaced. The place I trust repaired a small boot and said the rest is fine and there was NO REASON the alignment could not have been completed.
DO NOT USE THEM... they try to get at least $1,000 a car and the lifetime warranty is for suckers. I was one once - never again.
This is only the 3rd review I've ever done in my life - and I only did it to warn others.

This is the 5th time I have gone to this location and I keep telling myself that I'll give them another try. First of all, Most of the time it's only an oil change. Every time it's a 3 hours wait. This time I asked how long it will take and they told me 1 hour so I waited. I sat there for 4 hours until it was finally done and I had an appointment for an oil change. When I finally got my vehicle there was oil on my dash, steering wheel, door handles on other locations. I spent almost 45 minutes when I got home cleaning oil off of my car interior. This does not include the oil hand prints on the outside of my car, on both sides. On my last visit I bought tires and new brakes. I noticed it immediately when I got on highway 290. The vehicle now seems to sway left and right and it's hard to keep in a straight line. It wasn't doing this before the service. Basically, I'm done with Firestone. Every visit at this location has been a horrible experience.

The Firestone logistics is admirable; however, the service and expertise is lacking. After 5 hours of waiting on an inspection report that did not address the issue for which the visit was scheduled. After finally speaking with the representative and when asked about an obvious exhaust leak; he stated that it was due to the valve cover gasket. When prompted about concerns about the engine mounts, the representative immediately said the car needed three mounts, which were not identified in the report.
We picked up the car and drove around the block to Rooster Ridge automotive where they performed an inspection for free and tightened the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold for free in less than 20minutes. They also inspected the engine mounts and found that they were OK; they did point out an AC belt that appeared about to break. Firestone did not identify the belt. Firestone seems to do a lot of business, so they must be doing something right; however, this is the third incident my family has experienced that showed not only incompetence but indifference.

Ms.Julie is awesome, she always go the extra mile for her customers. She makes sure, she explain the problem in details. Customer service desk and the technician are great.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I brought in my vehicle for a radiator fix. They told me that the vehicle needed an oil change and a break flush. I left the vehicle with them, and when I got home, I noticed that they didn't change the oil or the brake fluid (I'm a former Automotive Engineer that worked with Ford and GM). I ended up having to go to Goodyear to get an oil change and a brake flush. I have taken 4 of my vehicles there and I used to trust them, but after this I'm very disappointed. I filed multiple complaints with BBB and Corporate and NOTHING WAS DONE. I was charged for services that were not done. I don't think that I'm the only sucker that they have done this to.

I had a frustrating experience at the store. I had a 7 am appointment and arrived at 6:59 am, but had to wait until 9 am for them to take my car in. The service took a long time, and my car was only brought out of the shop at 10:40 am. They didn't perform any work on it after that. The car sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before I asked about the progress at 11 am. It then occurred to the workers that the car had been sitting outside and started to discuss the issues with me. I left the store at 11:05 am. A complete waste of a morning. The representatives were not attentive and didn't acknowledge me when I was at the desk. Overall, it was really bad service.

This is the best Firestone in Cypress to get your vehicles oil change, general maintenance, state inspections and alignments. Richi is the Man, he takes care of all my vehicles for me.

I have used them multiple times for repairs. They do good work and are reasonably priced. They also complete the work quickly.

I went to this Firestone for the first time because last October, I purchased 4 tires with warranty. I told them that I hear a thump thump when driving and my car vibrates at 60+ mph. I was there 4 hours and they told me that I needed 2 front tires and I had to pay $170 each with the warranty, (these tires brand new were $165 each in October) and he also said I needed an alignment, I questioned it because my car does not pull to a side. I was assured it was the problem. I left and my car is doing the exact same thing. I had a friend that’s a mechanic look and he said the problem was actually a huge screw in my rear passenger tire, he said I was taken advantage of. How can you do this with good conscience? Be aware of this place!!!!
