This was the second place that I went to for shared branching, and while I didn’t get a cold greeting, it was a bit of a circus to get a question answered. I did process my ID to validate me as a share branching member, but when I asked for a cashiers check, they wouldn’t support that service. The lady gave me a slip of paper to go to a place in the Woodlands, which is not optimal in the end I went to Texas Bay credit union I recommend you go there too

They wouldn't cash my check, treated me like I was a criminal. They lied and said they'd called the company that wrote the check. The lady at the company said she hadn't received a call from them.
