If I could put 0 stars I definitely would! Today I went in with my mom and tried on 8 clothes at first. The lady working today July 9th in the afternoon shift after 6pm came up and asked how many clothing I was bringing inside. At that point I was still kind and respectful. The next time I went in to try on clothes I saw her watching us from the register observing us from where she was at. The third time I went in to try clothes I had already closed the curtain and she came and opened it so rudely and asked how many I had and how for next time we had to let her know if we were going to use a dressing room. By this point we were so tired of her and how she was only following us around and no one else at the store. There was a bunch of people at the store and she only told us stuff. The moment we were leaving she was at the cashier with other customers and was also eyeing us from where she was at and told us to take out our clothes from the dressing room. That was the only time we had left them in there because she had annoyed us. We left and bought nothing. I don’t know what was her problem with us. This is the first time I’ve seen her and today because of her I felt discriminated due to her actions and behavior. I don’t know if she thought we were going to steal something??!!! I’ve gone plenty of times and every other worker is so kind. I don’t know if she has other stuff going on and if she does she needs to leave that at home!

associate lesly had a mean look on her face every time a question was asked to her, same when i asked her for a fitting room for my mom. wasn’t really helped at all, all they were doing was chatting while customers in the store, she asked my mom for a phone number, after putting her #, she jumped to say the total. I asked her if the phone number went through to what she responds “it said she didn’t have an account. does she wanna make one?” after obviously i had to ask first. lazy!

I came to pick up an online order, prior to that a very kind girl assisted me on the phone. I asked her if it was possible if she could check if they had the order in the store since the order status kept saying that the order was shipped even a week after. She kindly assisted me, unfortunately the dress was not available at the time but she did everything she could to look for it. They were professional on the phone and in store, they quickly assisted me to pick up my online order when it arrived and for that I’m very grateful for. Definitely recommend I hope to be back to try on their beautiful clothes.

These girls are so sweet, cheery, and helpful. Every time I go in there I get welcomed with a smile and there is good conversation. I actually have fun when I’m in there! I don’t buy a lot of products there, but I know what they sell and I’ll be getting my merch from ONLY there if I need it. Shout out to Kaylee, Alanis, and Rachel. You ladies rock. Keep it up!!

Buyers beware of this store. I went in to shop for a couple of dresses for myself and my dad’s girlfriend. Whenever we walked in, i asked if they had anything in an extra large on display. They proceeded to say no this is all we have, surely enough I found something in that size for my dad’s girlfriend. Proceeding to when she goes to try the dress on, im texting someone on my phone. A sales associate comes over in my face and says “hi! if you want to sit in the stool you can but um just put it back”. Not that I wanted to sit, but i definitely didn’t want to at that point since she was very passive aggressive towards me. I’m a purchasing customer coming into your store for the first time. The least you can do is your JOB and help us find something in the size she needs. Save your money and go to a retail store that will actually treat purchasing customers nicely and have a more welcoming environment.

I was at the store trying on earrings and I felt like 2 girls at the store were watching me continuously as if I was going to steal. I was wearing clothes worth more than everything in the store lol. Finally after 10 minutes of watching me try on, one girl was like you cannot try on. I lost interest in buying anything from the store after that, put everything back on the racks and left. Never returning. I felt it was a racial thing. Hope the store hires better customer service. If they are so scared of someone stealing $20 earrings, why not put scanners to check nobody walks out of the store with the cheap stuff they have on display. I was on the verge of buying 3 earrings but changed my mind after looking at the bad behavior of the employees. Also these girls were watching my face in the mirror continuously and making me uncomfortable.

This review is actually a ZERO!! Unfortunately, in order to give a review, I have to hit 1 star. My daughters and I were in the store tonight, Dec. 16th. My daughters tried on a couple of things that were on the final sale rack. At 8 pm, which is an hour before closing time, my daughter asked to try on a pair of shorts she ended up finding to match the top she was getting. The sales associate told her the fitting rooms were closed even though there was a customer in one of them.I then asked another associate what time they closed. She said 9. I asked her if it was their policy to close the fitting rooms an hour early. She looked confused and went back to talk to the associate. The girl was talking to her for a while and eyeing us. She again stated they were closed.When we went to pay for the items, I again asked the associate there if it was their policy to close the fitting rooms so early. She said she was the manager and said she could close them early if they didn't have enough workers to cover it. She was blatantly lying because they had 4 associates in the store, and there was only one or 2 customers there besides my daughters and I.I should have looked at previous reviews before stepping in this store. Your customer service is beyond ridiculous!!

So rude! I accidentally walked behind the registers to look at what I thought was a table of merchandise and one of the girls was excessively rude. She yelled HEY you can't be back here! I was like oh sorry! and left that area of the store. I was like 2 feet away from her...she should've let me know a bit more politely. I was going to buy 2 things, but I put them back because of her. I was not going to give a store with rude staff my money. I took it to the Coach store instead

Sale association was very rude when assisting my mother and I. Her expression on her face said it all. We were unable to use $50 gift card due to issues with their system. When complaining to the manager she walked up very rude and unprofessional from the start. My mother asked if she could compensate the inconvenience by honoring a $5 towel deal since we did not end up spending that much since we had to use a debit card as oppose to the Francesca’s gift card. She allowed us to do so, but when she grabbed the two towels she threw them on top the counter slamming them at us. Just extremely unprofessional and a nasty way to act as a manger.

Staff was amazing and very down to earth! Everyone was super helpful and sweet. I thought their deals were pretty decent too. And you could actually try stuff on.
