I was 6 days past due on a 14 day policy exchange period. The $72 Easter outfit for my grand baby needed one size smaller and they refused the exchange. I had planned on doing more shopping in the store but instead they have lost a forever customer. Disappointing knowing the owner is a fellow Aggie!

So many cute things! Wonderful boutique with excellent customer service. They had more cute girl things than boy things, but that's certainly to be expected. Will be coming back here for any special baby/child gift needs.

Website is glitchy, payment processor is very scammy feeling and customer service isn’t there. The payment said it didn’t process and wanted me to pay again even though it was pending in my bank. I requested to cancel the order three times by email over two days and never heard back from anyone nor received an automated email from the website. I reached out on Facebook and received a snarky response. The money is still pending on my bank account a week later so I will have to take this matter to the BBB now. Avoid this shady business!

I just discovered this children's boutique in Cypress, and I love it! This is now my go-to place to find special occasion dresses and baby shower gifts because they have absolutely adorable clothes for both boys and girls, and because they also have a huge variety of seasonal items that are hard to find anywhere but online. I also really liked the shoe selection that they had in-store, it was nice to be able to find another brand of shoes that my daughter likes other than Stride Rites (hello sparkly Natives!). The only downside of the store is that they do not have a large selection of pajamas in bigger sizes (toddler and up). I adore the Little Sleepies brand, and would love to be able to buy them in-store so that I can support small businesses, but the largest size they had in that brand was 18-24 months. Hopefully that changes in the near future and I have yet another reason to go back. :) Cheers!

Every time I come in here, everyone is so rude and won't even offer to help you. They obviously have a good assortment of brands for children, including smocking for boys; which is hard to find, but I just visited the other day, and left, because not one associate said hello or made eye contact with me. I remember years ago, I took my first born in here, we left, and I proceeded to spend hundreds at Rattle Tattle off Hwy 6. Im not sure how this place stays open.

I have purchased items from the shop before. However yesterday I went to purchase my daughter a Christmas Dress and when I got to the store there were two individuals shopping/laying things on the counter.I picked up my one thing and proceeded to wait. The two individuals had about 25-30 items which all needed to be wrapped. I patiently waited for the first of the two to be completed all while the second person still was picking through and adding items which again all needed to be wrapped.After about 15 mins I still wasn’t even looked at patiently waiting by the stores employee and decided to just leave.It’s a shame because I really like the store and like to support a local business. However this one will be off the list moving forward as I felt yesterday’s experience was very rude and my one items wasn’t as important than the many things the two people in front of me where buying.

Ashley was awesome! I ordered a dress and it happened to be out of stock. She instantly messaged me and helped me find the perfect replacement and assisted me in finding a coordinating piece. We can’t wait to get them and see them side by side. I have a feeling our picture outfits will be perfect.

Great selection for all of my kiddos! I love that most of the looks are unique and super cute! The owner as well as all of the staff have always been super helpful with whatever I was looking for! Highly recommend!!
