Google says they close at 9!!! On the door it says close at 9! I went at 8:45 to get a new controller for my PlayStation and you guessed it, doors locked employee in the car leaving. If you are going to close and lock the doors at 8:45 then put closing time on Google and on the front door! Or you stay open til scheduled time!!! Sucks!!! I’m done with GameStop. Best Buy is better I see why people quit going! I’m pissed

On this location smell someone using weed i couldn’t stand at this location it was smell so bad I hate to go to this location they need to allways keep clean and smell good it was the nasty location

Kade and Sasha were absolutely fabulous in helping us out. They gave great advice and made sure that we had everything we needed when we had a Nintendo Switch emergency while visiting family out of town. Thanks for all of your help! We appreciate you!

Went in to browse around. Brandon and Cade (not sure if correct spelling) were so helpful and accomodating, ended up buying a yugioh tin and pokemon series box. They let me know of my rewards points as a pro-member, which i honestly forgot about. Definitely coming back for any future pre-orders.

Worst GameStop EVER!
I took my grandson to buy a game for his birthday. There were a lot of customers in the store. It’s 6:53 and the guy behind the counter yells, sorry but you all need to go. I’m closing and locking the doors. Ushered all of us out and locked the door.
He had been acting nervous and restless behind the counter. Not sure what happened, but so unprofessional!

I stopped in last week to see if I would be interested in a new game. I had no idea what I was looking for but Skyler took care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the games I mentioned and made me feel welcome unlike other stores. I ended up getting The last of us and will be picking up Ghost of Tsushima next.
I also witnessed him de-escalating a situation with a difficult customer. The guy raised his voice several times and Skyler kept calm to resolve the issue. You don't find many younger kids that can keep their cool in a hostile setting.
I'll be sure to make this my new home store location.

A bunch of scammers who won't take a game back because the plastic came off the package. There are a bunch of mopey faced teenagers running this place who don't want to help out and are put out to be talked to at all. I will not be back to this Game Stop. They tried to offer me $18 store credit on a brand new game. Deal with these mopes at your own risk.
