The store allegedly closes at 8pm, but they closes the fitting rooms before 7:30pm. Why are you open if nobody can try the clothes? Does the manager even know you are closing the fitting rooms before 8pm? Aren’t you interested in sales??? That’s how a company loses money and the headquarters don’t know why

Horrible behaviour from the employees inside. Time was 8:50pm (the store closes by 9pm) they locked the door and didn’t allow us inside (we the people of 4) it is 58F outside and we came to purchase the GAP hoodie. You GAP people it’s still 10 minutes for the store to close, why the hell you guys are not allowing us inside! NEVER PURCHASING IN THEIR FRANCHISE AGAIN OR SUGGESTING TO ANYONE!

The employees are soo helpful literally by the time I walked in to checking out, shout out to Mandy!! Even had a little inconvenience that was handled so quickly and nicely by the general manager Mary. Really appreciated the vibe of it all.
