Rented auger for post hole and the thing would not cut the ground 2 of us tried two hrs then returned then they replaced the blade, and we got the holes done in thirty minutes. They did not apologize or discount anything wasted two hrs and a trip to
Home Depot. What a very bad experience I will not rent again.

I want to say a big thank you to the COS Erin Collins, Miguel Orobio, and Ali Hassani. These trio are very knowledgeable and were very helpful with answering all of my questions and resolving my issues concerning my motorized shades, and my Samsung fridge. Erin even went above and beyond for me by calling my motorized shades company and ordering my shades remote for me that was missing in my packages...These trio are the real MVP of Home Depot zipcode 77429!!! Because of them I will forever make this Home Depot my Home Depot of choice!!!! You're generosity did not go unnoticed. Thank you soooo much again for all of you're help and going above and beyond for me when you didn't even have to!!!

This is one of my first reviews I’ve ever written but my experience here was sooo bad every single time I’ve been here and it hasn’t been with the sale associates but with the managers. I went in to buy my first ever power tools to start fixing up my house and just because I guess I was young I got publicly called out because they thought I may steal! I know they have to make sure because they’re bad people out there but that’s not me anyways they make me go to a specific spot to checkout and that’s fine not a problem
Then I forgot they don’t take tap so I asked if they can hold my stuff while I just run out and get cash. When I get back less than 30 mins later the manager jason, I believe he’s the manager, says not this again we just got done putting back all you stuff which they only put back the fan … anyways he calls in an officer wasting this poor man’s time … but Ashly was awesome. But it felt so good walking out there receipt in hand

Store merchandising skills here are non existent. The majority of the Halloween displays are not even powered on, half the inventory of wood screws is out of stock and to make matters worse all the lighting under the shelves is broken.
This is why people buy stuff online and one day physical stores will no longer exist. Retail companies are creating their own demise due to the total lack of effort these days. You should definitely try avoiding this Home Depot location.

I love shopping at Home Depot, especially for garden supplies and home maintenance items! They have a great selection of small things for all your home projects, and everything is well-labeled and organized, making it easy to find what you need. I always enjoy learning about hardware while browsing through their store. Definitely a go-to place for all my home improvement needs!
