Garvin Exteriors is a great company with a caring owner. Chris uses the latest technology - drones, roof mapping, and couples it with photographs to show you the state of your roof. He is patient and thorough in walking you through risk areas. He even let me know I could probably make it on my existing roof a little longer. He was thorough and never pushy, just an honest local owner. We eventually did a full roof replacement. Garvins installation team was fast, professional, clean and they protected our pool, house and possessions along the way! The roof looks AWESOME, our house looks so much better. We LOVE our new roof, it added value and we now have upgraded hail resistant shingles to protect our home and save on insurance. HIGHLY recommend Garvin Exteriors!

Had a small roof leak. Chris stopped by in less than 24 hours. Inspected the problem and explained the solution. He immediately repaired the problem.I would highly recommend Chris. Fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Garvin Exteriors were prompt to respond to my request for an evaluation on my leaky roof; they were also knowledgeable and thorough on their assessment. They did the work well and in a timely manner. They were also reasonably priced. Overall a great company to work with, I will hire them for any future roofing issues.

We were referred to Garvin Exteriors after consultation with our insurance broker about a full roof replacement. After contacting Garvin Exteriors, Chris was extremely responsive and came to our home to do a full roof inspection. After the inspection, he provided us the details of his report with pictures and gave his professional opinion on the suggested repair. He also educated us on the shingles that were originally installed on our roof (10 years prior) and showed us the shingles that are best for our weather climate.Chris worked diligently with the the insurance company throughout the process going over the inspection, cost of repair and the imminent risk to the structure of our home if we did not replace the roof. Chris also provided us with financing options which was very useful and an easy process.After approval, Chris provided all details of the roof replacement which included how to prepare the day before, during and after. His team showed up on time and completed the work in one day. It was very impressive. They were very polite and cleaned up all materials after the job was complete.My roof not only looks great but the quality of material and installation will provide us the needed protection. We plan on using Garvin Exteriors for our gutter installation in the near future.Highly recommend using Garvin Exteriors. Great service, product and love supporting local small businesses.
