There should be NO knockoffs being sold behind the counter at boutique prices but if disclosed one should be able to return. Y’all are supposed to pay it forward. The community during the age of inflation cannot catch a break when your pricing people on fixed income right out of the store. Just today little old lady wanted a beat up purse for the $3.99 as marked but cashier ran to manager and said it was priced wrong should be $7.99. The elderly couple was so disappointed and wouldn’t let me pay for it. It’s super sad! Y’all need to reevaluate what the purpose of GOODWILL hunting means.

Price HIGHER than original tag! Been 2 days in a row. One price HIGHER and another SAME as original! Be sure to look up your stuff or KNOW it before you buy. They're trying to remove tags, sometimes they forget. This did is FREE, and the prices keep going up. This is NOT a consignment shop. Don't come at me with then don't go.

Great store, decent prices but the old dude at the front was screaming at this lady for ‘not taking the pandemic seriously’ when he didn’t even have his mask over his nose.. and he was scanning EACH item as slow as he can, he would scan then take the hanger off hella slow. Great store not great clerk.

Rude and lazy staff when you are trying to donate items. For a store that survives based on people who donate good items, to be rude and lazy when people try to donate just goes against what your store needs. I'd rather throw the items away then deal with the Louetta/Grant location anymore.

The Goodwill no longer has 75% on Monday's. How are they going thru a recession when everything they have is given for free.

This review is for the Grant/Louetta Rd location but fits across the board with Goodwill’s in the area. While you’ll hear on the sound system the same OLD covid reminders and how much ‘good’ Goodwill Is doing you won’t see ANY indication of this. The people who are pricing these donated items seem to forget these items DIDN’T sell at our garage sales for Penny’s on the dollar and nothing really is leaving their shelves because they are so over priced. Example… Boxed set of glasses sold at Ross for $3.99. Same boxed set didn’t sell at the garage sale for $1.00 and Goodwill decides to price it at $5.99! See photos attached. Then there’s the poor guy checking folks out at the register who MUST verbally welcome all who enter or lose his job but they don’t require him to have manners, or be respectful or say thank you or speak at all to the customers. He actually yelled at people in line to ‘get in line’. I wanted to fire him on the spot. The only way these folks are going to ‘get it’ is for us to stop donations, stop shopping there, stoptolerating these business practices until they get with the idea of ‘thrifting’ .They even stopped the sale days for Teachers, first responders, senior citizens, and veterans! GREED! It’s a terrible thing. And I’ll keep posting about this until it stops.Try Dessert Industries on FM 1960. Lots of deals to be had there with $2.00 items ( clothes) galore. And friendly employees to.Shame on you Goodwill. Practice what you preach !
