I had a great experience today for an oil change. Alejandro Lucero in front was friendly and professional. The staff got me in and out quickly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is awesome!
I went in for what looked like it could be in the thousands and they found a 90% cheaper alternative that got me on the road same day.
Most places would have squeezed me for every penny but these guys are legit different. They're the real deal.

After doing all the back and forth I did with the other Goodyear’s Auto places this is by far the best. I was already 2000 extra miles over due because of the other Goodyears. And this one didn’t hesitate to take me in right away very nice and polite very customer service oriented. Everything was organized and clean. I had to drive 45 minutes to this location when the other two places are 5 minutes and 15 minutes away. I definitely don’t regret it.

Not only were they fast, professional and went well above the standard of service, they offered to take care of a couple of small extra services at no charge. It's been a long time since I've seen exceptional customer service in large corporate companies.
