I don't know, I just have a feeling that all the 5 star reviews are people that work there. I bought 4 good year tires online last year and had the mobile team come out to the house and install them on my vehicle. A couple of months later I kept getting the low air pressure light coming on. I don't drive it much so I would just get some air in the tires and keep it moving. Recently I called the customer service line and they told me the good year location I should take it to and speak to a certain service member. I wasn't provided an address when I called so I called this location and confirmed this was the one I was supposed to go to. The service member said just come on in and we will take care of it. I get there and ask for the service member. He rolls his eyes and said "great, right when I'm about to go to lunch." I brushed it off and kept with my positive attitude and kept a smile on my face. He took the keys, got the mileage after asking me what the issue was and had me sign something electronically. I go to sit in the lobby, there are two ladies and a dog and a gentlemen waiting. The gentleman walks outside and stretches. The two ladies look at me and go, are you here to pick up your car or drop off. I said I'm just bringing my car in. They proceed to tell me that they have been waiting since 9am and the time of us talking was 2:25pm!!! They been there all this time. The guy that went out and stretched was there before them and his car just pulled up! So after a while I go up to the counter to ask how long will it be should I have someone pick me up and just come back later. Mind you I'm politely asking with no impatient tone. The guy was defensive and doing way too much. By the time my car went back there it was 3:32pm! The previous reviews about the guys at the front desk is facts, they are telling the truth. They were mean rude condescending you name it, they were it. Several minutes in of my car being back there and being lifted up to do inspection. One of the rude guys calls me up to the desk. Tells me to follow him inside the shop with all the crap and stuff all on the ground (hazard) and tells me the issues that's going on with the car. I definitely need a new tire and they mentioned a couple other things. I kid you not. He tells me about the tire and the other issues. I say how long will it take to inspect the other issue? He goes like I said it will take 60 minutes. The words "like I said" is typically used if you told the person 10,000 times and then you can say "like I said." However, he never told me how long , it was the first time I asked him. With the rudeness and snap back, I'm proud to say I kept my composure. He keeps inspecting while I'm just standing there. He did not escort me back to the front to discuss, I had to walk back in a back alley way by myself. The front desk asked me if I had warranty and that they are not able to see if I did. I called customer service and went through so many hoops and loops for the department I need to talk to, to be closed. Ok so it gets worse. Next day I call customer service ask if I have warranty. They keep talking like I do and provide me my receipt via email. I check the receipt it doesn't show that I have it. They say well we don't know if you do, would you like to be transferred to warranty. I say why not. I talk to the department they said they don't know if I have warranty but can start a claim. Wait, pause! Aren't they warranty? How do they not know! Anyway. To do the claim they will need to contact the good year location I went to yesterday to get the information. I get placed on hold. The guy talks to the evil workers at the location. He then gets back on the phone and tells me. They said they didn't do an inspection on the vehicle. I would need to bring it back in and they don't have any documentation of what was done. So there you have it. Arrived for a preset appt online for 9AM. When I arrived I was helped by Newman who told me it would be quite a wait because he was down 2 techs. I did not have a ride home so not only did Newman take me home he also picked me up when my truck was done. Exceptional customer service is rare these days but Newman exhibited amazing customer services and I will not forget it!

We took my car in at 9am. Later that morning, Jeffrey Cuevas confirmed that it needed all new brake pads and rotors, and it had a cracked hub assembly on one wheel. Even with the new hub assembly having to be sent over from a downtown location, Jeffrey was able to get all work, including alignment, completed by 4pm the same day. My vehicle now drives like new, and I couldn't be happier with the speed and quality of the services provided! Thank you Jeffery Cuevas and Goodyear!

Been using this place for tire repair/purchases for over 10 years and suddenly they dont do tire patches or plugs.i will probably take my business to discount tire. Edit:bought 5 - 12 ply tires from them.

I had a flat tire, they took me in no problem. Jeff handled everything with my car from the tires to give me helpful education personally on my vehicle so I may know in the future. You can trust these people!

Actual review 10 Stars out of 5:Saying this service was amazing is an understatement! My tire popped this morning before work. To say the least I really needed to change my tires, I had school a few days from then. I NEEDED tires.They definitely provided, they provided flexibility with time of appointment, great and honest prices, kindness to the customers, and I just overall loved how sweet they where.

Had issues with my 2020 Honda. Took my car into Goodyear expecting a huge bill due to other shops estimates. From the moment I walked in - and probably first time in my life - I felt comfortable talking with them about my car issues and they explained it in such a way that I didn't feel stupid. I also was able to get a much better price and much better product. While the store manager and whole team were great, Jeff was the one who took the time to explain everything and I was out 30 minutes before the time promised! If you go, be sure to ask for Jeff!
