I am deeply saddened by the behavior of a recent employee at the H-E-B on Spring Cypress. My three-year-old was looking at the toy cart when the employee approached me and told me that we could not touch or try the items unless we were buying them. I felt singled out in front of others, especially as a pregnant Muslim woman with a young child. It was disheartening to be treated this way. We have been living in this neighborhood since last 10 years and this has never happened to me before.
Is HeB becoming racist??

Excellent Drive-Thru Pharmacy Service at H-E-B
Last week, I arrived at the H-E-B pharmacy drive-thru just before closing for a last-minute medication pickup. Despite the rush, the staff handled everything with efficiency, professionalism, and care. The transaction was secure and smooth, and I received my medication quickly.
The pharmacy team was polite, attentive, and well-organized, making the experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend this H-E-B pharmacy drive-thru for anyone looking for fast and reliable service.

I would like to give 5 stars for the service I had gotten in the past, but I had to take one star away due to the .....questionable......answers from the pharmacist when regarding my medication. My questions were very specific and (what I thought would be) easy to answer, especially coming from a medical professional! Maybe it was just me, tho. Or bad timing? I'm unsure. I just wanted to share some awareness of my recent experience within the review.
Other than that, I will continue using this HEB as my primary in-person pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible! Pharmacist (Leslie) gave us a hard time with a paper script given to us by our doctor!! Her choice of words was horrible..told us “it wasn’t a legal signature” and the little millennial checker was acting like she was checking and comparing the signature. Most people would have taken it like we did that she was accusing us of creating a fraudulent prescription! My husband was out of meds and she mentioned she was going to give him enough for a day…I informed her that legally they can give 3 days! This was ridiculous and cost us another trip. She didn’t want to accept the electronic signature -tried to say by law she couldn’t!!! Wrong and the doctor backed it up. I don’t appreciate how we were treated at all. The manger that was filling in for Mike was bad as well.
