The wait times have gotten ridiculous, inside and out. Absolutely abysmal customer service which I'm assuming is due to all of the younger pharmacy techs coming in and the only reason I even mentioned them is because they give such attitude when you ask them to do a very smart part of their job like checking on a date that a PRESCRIPTION will come in that I was told is already there, numerous times I have been told a prescription is ready for pickup or will be ready in 30 minutes when I arrive an hour to two later, they tell me it will be another 45 minutes as they haven't filled it yet like why lie ? I have switched all my prescriptions to Kroger and haven't had a problem since

Ann and her staff are WONDERFUL people and EXCELLENT pharmacists. With 3 kids and aging parents with complex medications, I can’t tell you how many times Ann has gone above and beyond to help us make sure we are getting the best medical care via prescriptions we can get. The worse heb pharmacy. The staff is so unprofessional. I called to get a medication my dr called in for antibiotics I needed to start asap and had gone in 8 hour after it was called and they told me it would be ready in 2 days. I asked if they can rush it cause I was very sick they told me they won’t and if I really needed it asap to go to the ER and when I asked for a supervisor the young lady said “if you think I’m going to get my supervisor you’re wrong” I had all my prescriptions transferred to Kroger and had it filled within the hour

Had to switch to hear from CVS after Blue Cross stopped offering. I have never had a bad experience and it has been quick. I wish they would update their bottles though, they look old and look like the same ones I had when I had HEB 10 years ago

I would like to Thank April in the floral department for doing an amazing job on my daughter’s wedding this past weekend 2-18-23. I would recommend her over and over again!!! I can’t say enough good things about this sweet young lady. She truly was a pleasure to work with and made my daughter’s dreams come true. Thank you April for everything ❤️

Haven’t had a major issue. They were very open and honest when they didn’t have a certain prescription for my kid. They did everything in their power to get it and did.

Worst pharmacy EVER!! Never have prescriptions ready though the automatic dialer tells you they are. Always trying to charge you for meds insurance pays for. Never going back!!

Staff is always pleasant and I love coming here to pick of my scripts. Though the line can often be a little backed up at times, I definitely understand the high demand within healthcare. I also appreciate the frequent automated phones calls to remind patients to pick up their script. This really helps as some of us may be too busy and forgetful (like me) and wait over a month to pick up their script. But luckily with a quick phone call to make sure the script is still available for pick up, they were quickly accommodating on how quick they can fill it up again. This definitely helps ensure that I can always rely on them with how quickly I need my meds to be filled. They really do go above and beyond!

I like heb it's located conveniently and they are nice. However my daughter has two insurance carriers. And on multiple occasions I've had to point that out. The first time it happened they refused to fix it and I paid $80 for her two meds. The next month the same guy same thing I got upset and demanded his boss and he told the kid yea look right here just do this... and oh yep it was only $3 should never be for than that. And it happened many times after I have to ask for someone with more experience everytime it doesn't bother me. But I'll never get my $37 back.

They have a hard time keeping my sons epilepsy medication in stock. A must have medication.
