I'm here from out of town and had to get last minute medication for my daughter. There was a gentlemen that went out of his way and did everything he could to ensure we got the prescription filled. Very grateful!!!

Very friendly and quick if your stuff is all ready. You can call and check to make sure it is so you’re not waiting. I have not had to wait long when I go, but I always double check that everything I need is filled and ready using their phone system.

They take great care of me, are helpful with questions and do their best to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I have also had vaccines here and it was very professional.

Prescription was sent over by Clinic over an hour ago and pharmacy has yet to start filling prescription. You would think pharmacy is busy but it’s not. There is more time spent between Pharm Techs talking to one another than doing their jobs. This use to be a very good pharmacy! Sad to see the decline.

My dad was having issues getting his eye drops from Walgreens, and as a healthcare worker who works night shift he cannot have pressure build up in his eyes. He was mocked and hung up on. This HEB pharmacy was amazing! Parker assisted in taking down his info and making sure the medication was filled at a reasonable price and time. I appreciate everyone at this pharmacy and their dedication to making sure people get the level of care and service that they need.
